We loved the pool/hot tub areas, and the arcade! The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure/temperature was great! There was a decent sized fridge w/freezer, microwave, and a coffee maker in our room. We also enjoyed all the drawers and closet area to store our things. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room wasn't terrible, but it could've been cleaned and checked over a little better.

We loved the pool and the little store. We liked our room but it was part of a 3 unit building and when the other people in the other parts of the building were there, we could hear them talking and walking up and down the stairs.

The room did not have anywhere to put our luggage so we had to use the chairs to the table or the floor. See above comment also.

The convenience of everything! We were close to the pool and marketplace which was really nice!

I understand there’s a lot of rooms to be cleaned, but our bathroom and some of the furniture weren’t cleaned very well. The pack and play we borrowed had chips all in it and the drawers weren’t wiped out. Just little things, and we were able to wipe them out ourselves, no biggie! Another small note, the indoor pool is said to be heated, it was SO cold! We just went to the jacuzzi outside, but felt bad doing that since we have two small children.

I stayed in the newly renovated rooms at the main building. The room was very modern, not as big as the older rooms but still very nice. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the fireplace gave it a nice touch of ambiance that made my stay enjoyable.

One con for me was the light switches seemed to be in awkward places. Switches are normally by the door entrances, so when you enter the room you can turn the lights on, however this wasn't the case. Since it was night time, I couldn't see so I had to keep the door open and turn my cellphone light on just to find the switch in the room. This was like this in every one you stepped in including the bathroom. Another con was there is a connecting door to other guest room, you can hear the guest in the next room if they are by that door. On another note, the incline coming into the hotel...OMG, be prepared for this hill to give you chills! lol

The beds were very comfortable and I felt the linens were fresh and of newer style. It was a pleasant room, and had hard flooring not carpet, which I really appreciate. There was a small table in the room with two chairs and a small refrigerator which was convenient.

I gave it a lower cleaning rate because I felt the floors could be cleaner- my socks were dingy when I took them off that night, from just the short time I walked around sock footed. The tub also had a bit of a ring around it so I felt it could be cleaned better and there was quite a bit of dust along the top baseboards especially in the bathroom.

The location was pretty good. Not far from the main strip. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super fast. Marketplace was okay for not having a usable restaurant but wish they had more food options available. Happy they had laundry facilities on site. It wasn't busy at all when we went which we were very thankful for! Overall we really liked the resort!

I didn't like how someone didn't come everyday to get the trash and take the dirty towels away and bring new ones but I called room service and they came right away to deal with this. The pool was a little small for how big the resort is and all of the activities (volleyball, golf) were way too close together. Almost got smacked with a volleyball a couple times while playing mini golf. The hike to the waterfalls wasn't great with all the rocks with 2 young children who couldn't navigate well over the rocks. We didn't like how the restaurant wasn't in operation for some reason and its location.

The staff were exceeding professional, helpful and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be coming back to this resort!

Some of the appliances need updating. The refrigerator was an older version. The bars where the condiments were gone on the refrigerator and the ice machine didn't work (we called and the staff had us ice within 15 minutes). The stove was an older version but worked really well.

The only problem we had is the sinks weren’t clean. There was foundation/makeup smeared on sink and it just was not clean at all around the sink. And the only other thing was the floors were so dirty we couldn’t walk three steps without socks/feet turning black. Still very happy, and also did not mention this to staff. I’m absolutely certain they would’ve fixed the problem if we had.

Staff was very friendly until you say you aren't interested in the time share; then their whole countenance changed. Staff around the property was nice. Had several pools, icecream shop, and games. Would visit again.

Shower was tiny, flies were in the room

It was very clean, especially for the price we paid!

The check in took a very long time. They explained later that housekeeping was behind, but it was very aggravating at the time. I think we stayed in line for well over 30 min. The basketball goal was missing the rim. The kids were wanting to play and were upset the nice court was unusable.
