Very convenient to where I was going and price was good.

The booking indicated that breakfast was included - but there was nothing but coffee/tea. It wasn't a deal-breaker and maybe most patrons aren't looking for breakfast. But that needs to be corrected on the list of amenities. The young man when I checked in was very non-communicative. I didn't need a song and dance but a little spirit would be good for all concerned. The morning young woman had more life!!

I truly had the lowest of low expectations. A Days Inn... a throwback hotel that you expect not much out of and boy were we pleasantly surprised. We arrived in the middle of the night and check-in was quick and easy even though we woke the poor overnight staff up! The room was cool, crisp and clean. The linens were new and not outdated. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we had a "drive up" room and were near the street. The landscaping was beautiful and everything was immaculate. The breakfast wasn't all that but at least I was able to get passable coffee mid morning! Oh and go shopping across the street! Some great little boutique stores!

Nothing really. I guess if I was rating this for the breakfast included I'd say it wasn't much if anything at all. Frankly, I never saw any food available but I wasn't in the lobby exactly early. The room next to us had a man that sat outside playing games on his phone allllll morning smoking a cigar and that was annoying but nothing against the hotel for that.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds...

The front desk clerk in the morning shift...he couldn't print me a receipt it took him 20 minutes and he couldn't figure out which room I was in even after I gave him back both keys the way they were given to me with room # on them..he was very disrespectful...it shouldn't take 20-25 minutes to check out when I was the only one at the front desk/lobby....I was almost late for some business I had to take care of before I left Woodbury...I'm very upset about the way this clerk treated me...everyone else was so kind and respectful...also there was supposed to be breakfast in the mornings and all I was able to get was coffee...

requested that if c the room was available before 3 pm if we could avail of it…. after arriving from airport at 11 am , receptionist ( male) said it was available. got to the hotel and the receptionist ( female and manager) stated that it would cost us $73 plus tax to use the v room two hours earlier.!!!! also this is the first hotel I booked through booking. com that charged our credit card for the whole week stay before we could even use one day of our stay!! normally, charges are made after the stay… not this Hotel! they want your money upfront!!

The room was pleasant and clean. It was as expected for a motel. The bed was very comfortable. We were in the back of the motel and it was very quiet. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker (and coffee), a big flat screen TV and wifi. The air handler worked well, but was a bit noisy, but as we expect that those are never quiet. As others have noted in previous reviews, the fact that they say they offer breakfast is crazy. They should not be allowed to do so. They need to say something like 'breakfast snacks' are included. There were cereal bars, juice and coffee. There is a diner just next door and a bagel/breakfast place just across the street. There are plenty of restaurants around with many choices.

I am a frequent visitor at this location. It has always been very clean and comfortable. The location is great and near many stores.

I did not like all the big trucks parked near my car. It is very difficult to come and go and park smaller vehicles next to them. I feel that they should be placed in the back of the parking lot where there is more space. Also, I would've liked to go swimming however the pool hasn't been open in a while.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with a request for slightly later check-out as I was attending a wedding close by the day before. Price is expensive for the location and what else you can book in that area, but it was convenient + clean + the room had everything I needed.
