Alyyssa was fabulous. Very bubbly and energetic, she made an extra effort to ensure my stay was protected because my method of payment was third party and the credit card on file was expired. She called me while I was at the airport and requested updated information. I stopped by the hotel once I got my rental and secured the stay. I believe she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was properly secured.

Breakfast could have been included in stay, most Holiday Inn have free breakfast. I primarily booked for free breakfast option.

Housekeeping still went in my room after I told the receptionist I didn’t need anything cleaned nor did I need any new towels I had already cleaned up an got new towels and when I came back from store walking back to my room housekeeping opening up my door walking out of my room not even 15 minutes after I told them not to

Good location. Friendly staff.

There were only sheers for window covering so as soon as the sun came up there was no way to not let the light in...I have never been to a hotel that did not have at the least some sort of curtain to cover the sheers. No sleeping late at this location. Also housekeeping came to our door 3 times from 8am-10am before we checked out. I did not realize that I needed to put a do not disturb on doorknob to not be bothered. I have always thought you had until check out (11am) before having to field knocks at door from housekeeping.

The staff member (Caucasian Female) that initially check me in seemed very rude, unprofessional and immature. She actually questioned the validity of my credit card, while displaying an unwelcoming attitude.

Location was great! We left too early for breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact the bathroom didn’t have a standalone shower. I hate the shower curtains because I know they are not washed after every guest. Also, bring your own late night snacks. It was $3.25 for a small size snickers bar, at their snack counter. Ridiculous!!!!

It was clean and the customer service staff were great.

No coffee, only tea in the room and on garbage can only in the bathroom.

Excelente location, close to PNC Music Pavilion, Charlotte Motor Speedway. Rooms are big enough for a family and the staff is great!

Breakfast ok. The server was excellent. Lots of starches! Need healthy choices! Rooms nice, Bathroom well lit and beds comfy, Close to UNCC campus and Ikea. llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

The smoking area at the front door. I should not be forced inhale other people cigarettes. it was only way to check in. Also the beautiful patio set. only for smokers. ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Great location next to restaurant/Walmart. The Breakfast at the Hotel was tasty. And I like the fact they had a Bar Area.

The only thing I didn't like was I was not able to get my room cleaned during my stay. One afternoon I went to the front desk to request house keeping because I needed my bed sheets changed and was told no one was available until the next morning. So I asked if they can send up some clean Linen in which they did and I actually made up my own Bed... That was a first 😫😫

Due to a glitch at another hotel I needed a very early check in(0400 am). I called on Wednesday 31 Aug and spoke to a desk a manager and she squared it away with the night auditor with zero hesitation. Check in was a breeze.

I travel with a service dog for work. I prefer a room near an exit to avoid going down hallways when we first go out in the mornings and evenings for breaks. They did get me near the elevators, but far from the stairwells. If it had been a longer stay I would have asked for a change of room. This is a miniscule issue and I could have corrected it, I'm sure the staff would have been more than accommodating.
