Don't take the one-star reviews of this hotel at face value—just read them. While these might matter to some, rating the entire hotel with one star for a minor issue seems unfair. In my experience, the hotel room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room was a nice set up.

Housekeeping didn't check on our room even to take the garbage out during our 3 night stay, so that was different, used to having to tell them not to haha. I would also add a garabe can in the bathroom, ours didn't have one, so we moved it from the kitchen. We had 5 people and had to request the bedding for the fold out, which is only a minor inconvenience, but should have been obvious imo with only 2 queen beds in the room to have the bedding already in the room, most other hotels do, so maybe this was overlooked or just forgotten; not sure.. Neither is enough to make me not return, the room was very nice and we made do.

Our suite size was amazing! We also loved the shower. Housekeepers were very friendly and helpful as well as the people at the front desk.

Missed breakfast by 10 minutes. Valet service was confusing when leaving. I texted for car to be brought to lobby. Apparently, you needed to click on a link on your phone to order your car from valet service. 2 young men valeting didn't seem to notice we had been waiting for 20 minutes or longer. We had to ask for our car to be brought to lobby, The wait for the car at that point was no more than 10 minutes.

We liked that the staff was supportive and helpful. We had two rooms, a queen double and a king. They could not be joining but even though it was a busy night at the hotel (eclipse and I think a rodeo) we were put on the same floor. The rooms were clean. Another review said we would need to valet, so we did that the first night. We then learned that this was not the case as the nearby parking lot was open and had plenty of spaces so switched. The rooms had everything we needed. The breakfast was just fine for our party - oatmeal, waffles, fruit, sausage, eggs, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, fruit juices, water - there were bagels and muffins too. Our request for a late checkout was granted and we really appreciated that. Brew House across the street is highly recommended for coffee, sweets and even a cocktail speak easy if that's your thing.

The king bedroom we stayed in had a stale smokey smell. I don't know if the person who stayed in it before us smoked or its just an old room. The room itself was fantastic and had a gorgeous view.

I suppose this property is new hence everything is still in its excellent state. The ambience feels like a 5star hotel. Easy to locate and was close to restaurants. (Packo’s, Spaghetti Warehouse etc), parking was easy too right behind/under property. Our room when I upgraded surpassed my expectations in terms ofcleanliness and the rooms smelled fresh & cleaned. There were signs that rooms are satinized which smells & feel like it. Very spacious suite and breakfast was good too where the 2 lady staff were nice & friendly. The gym has enough a good number of machines. The laundry room is easy access too

Nothing! However, the gentleman at time of checkin wasn’t warm & friendly as I was expecting & hoping to be. The young lady at checkout (Adene) was nice and smiling.

The suite was very nice & seemed pretty clean. Bedding & frequently-touched locations seemed clean. The hotel & rooms looked recently renovated. I loved having the kitchenette. I loved having the option of the complimentary breakfast. The location was convenient, based on places we wanted to visit. Valet parking is available & I liked the convenience of being able to pay for that service at check-out.

Once in the room for a while, I could see that the room wasn't as clean as I initially thought. More attention to detail as far as cleaning would've been nice - the mirror, underneath the sink, stove top, floors. We had to ask for a couple things that should've been in the room upon arrival - wash cloths & extra toilet paper. The convenience of the complimentary breakfast was nice, but the food itself was mediocre. The coffee was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am. It would be nice if they served breakfast at least until 10:00 am. I am not an early riser on vacation. Being downtown, the outside noise kept us from having the best night's sleep.

Nanette that checked us in did a great job and went above and beyond to accomodate us. Thank you Nanette. The other staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Clean. This was are 3rd stay here in the last 2 years and will definitely be back.

We liked everything. No issues.

The hotel was very clean and the room was wonderful. It was very spacious, and the amenities were awesome: well equipped kitchen and dining area, large living room, very nice flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room. Hotel was quiet and you didn't hear much street noise. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, pastries, bagels & toast, and fruit. The valet parking was very nice, quick and courteous service. The hotel restaurant, Napa, was very impressive. The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable.. Also, checkout was quick and easy.

I didn't like that there wasn't a daily maid service and wasn't aware of this prior to booking, although when I asked for more paper towels and bath towels at the front desk, they were promptly brought to the room. This location is great if you are going to a Mud Hens baseball game because the stadium is right across the street, but other than there, there are very few other businesses in the area for shopping and dining.

I liked almost everything.

I didn’t like that there was no one at the counter when I left. I wanted inquire about purchasing a pillow. I absolutely LOVED the pillows. Unfortunately there was no one at the counter to ask. I also tried to purchase some Tylenol. There is no scan code on the package and it was not found in the computer. I didn’t get any Tylenol, no one at the counter to ask about that either :(

The room was very comfortable and the layout was very nice. The staff was nice too.

The windows were all dirty with spider webs and dirt like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. I specifically got the room facing the river and we couldn’t see properly or take pictures because it was so dirty. Also There was a sulfur smell in the hallways.
