The proximity to the airport is great and their 24-hour shuttle was essential due to the earliness of our departure. The breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold items. Our room was clean and comfortable. Even though it is close to the airport, we heard no plane noise during the night.

While there is 24-hour coffee available in the lobby, it would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

This was a great place to stay to make it to our morning flight. The staff was very kind!

Our key to the room did not work and we got locked out of our room for three hours. Thankfully, maintenance came to open the door. The staff gave us a new room after they got our other one open which we appreciated!

Parking lot-dark and we had to pay extra for it. Sound proofing needs to be better. Could hear outside noises.

The breakfast was poor. We tried the eggs. Very dry. Cooked as well as hard boiled. Sausage was very salty. Juice was watery?

All of the people that helped us were great. We could not have asked for better assistance. We had an early flight and your staff helped arrange the shuttle service. Such a great staff in every way. We will stay here again!!!

It was very clean. The staff was consistently friendly, helpful and professional. I called for the airport shuttle and it arrived within minutes.

I wish there have been coffee and tea makings in the room.

This only "met" my expectations because we've stayed here for several days before. Since our first visit was so great, this "met" that same standard! The staff is very, very friendly!
