The manager was helpful and has great customer service skills and the employees as well, they work with you and are understanding and respectful they are great people I very much appreciate them there. thank you guys!

Breakfast isn’t much to choose from definitely could use some more options of food an drinks for breakfast. There perks could offer more deals at a member on there website as a loyal guest this could be improved a bit.

The bed was amazing and I loved the pillows. Well lit and comfortable.

The refrigerator didn't work but the freezer did, so I froze things, then thawed things. Noisy! People checking in at 2am were really noisy!

There were some visible ant issues and the light fixture in the kitchen had a dead moth in it and the toilet seat was extremely loose (the seat and lid both) there was no plug for the bath to be able to take a bath..only a shower. The to go breakfast for free is very limited. The staff was amazing though and housekeepers friendly while passing

My room was missing the tv remote and office gave us another one but said the batteries arent good but hopefully it works. Sketchy ppl

The location was a little scary. I'm glad I had a Club on my steering wheel.

That it was in a ecluded quiet area, clean & comfortable.

There was no coffee in the room, and it smelled like someone smoked in the room.

I liked everything! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the location, it’s close to both freeways heading South or North, it’s also close to grocery stores among other places. I have no complaints!
