The room was exactly what I booked. Very clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and supplied full size Dove shampoo/conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Not the generic travel size type that you find at most hotels. Breakfast was buffet style that was good with alot of options to choose from. The staff was always friendly. We were there for 4 days and the only complaint I had was first night where our room was right next to the stairs and too many preteens were playing around running up and down chasing each other. But that wasn't the hotels fault. Everything did quiet down at 10pm. We would definitely stay there again if ever to come back this way.

Breakfast was great, huge selections. Staff very accommodating. Something low, they replaced ASAP. Had plenty. Thank you for having a complementary breakfast.

Our light bulb in bathroom burnt out. The one over the sink and mirror. Hard to apply makeup in the dark. Advised staff but no response. Advised again when we left for the next person.

Clean, comfortable, easy check in and out, pleasant staff and a pretty nice breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast.

Beds were a little too soft in my opinion and sort of felt like I was sleeping in a decline position. But I didnt wake up sore for once so maybe it wasnt so bad!

Although the location was very good, ease getting in and out of property was difficult. I know there is probably little to be done about this. I for one, and I’m sure other people, don’t like the idea of making a left turn onto Carlisle Pike especially during a rush hour!

Very friendly atmosphere. There were youth there for sporting event it seemed. The lobby are was full. But the staff was great with them and they were super respectful. It was not noisy at night. Nice part of the city and well lit.

The fridge was loud.

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was varied and the warm food was tasty.

The elevator walls needed to be cleaned and there was a tear in the carpet of our room. A little maintenance is needed.

The location is perfect for visiting the area. Close to family. Easy in and out. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Water pressure this time was excellent, which was an improvement from our last stay.

Water pressure was good, but the tub did not drain well, and the bottom of the tub became slippery while showering due to the poor drainage.

Staff was very helpful after scheduling error had us arriving 1 day early for booking. Front desk was able to make adjustments on the fly and provide the same room for an additional night.

The owners were extremely personable & made sure to speak with every guest.

The person at the front desk who checked us in was rude & didn’t have the best interpersonal skills.

The location was perfect. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms were smaller than I expected with small bathrooms. The one room had everything unplugged and the fridge did not work.
