Great location for what we were in Texas for. Just 5 mins away from our family’s home there. Staff was exceptional!

Breakfast was kinda generic, in my opinion. Could use some more choices and better choices to begin your day. Room was nice and clean but tv was on opposite side of room from bed. Lighting wasn’t good or bright enough. Curtains had mold on the bottom from condensation I assume from the AC and window.

Breakfast was great - loved the bacon/egg biscuits. I had a lovely time in the hot tub. I noticed that someone was there giving swim lessons to some kids - what a great idea to utilize the pool that way! We stayed right up till the last minute we could check out so I could work in the morning, and the staff was very understanding and courteous about this. Location was very convenient to getting around Waco.

We live local so, we just needed a place to stay for the weekend. The Texas waffles were great! I always recommend for out-of town family to stay here. In fact, some will be back in October for another family event! I like the fact that Walmart is in your backyard!

I know I was only there for 2nights. I would have appreciated a clean room after coming back from a long exhausting day on Saturday. There was no soap for the shower. Overall it was great!

Nice size room and bathroom. Very clean. Everything I needed was in the room. Coffee and Coffee maker, iron, blow dryer, shampoo,fridge, microwave. Breakfast had a nice variety with Texas shaped waffles.

Key cards never really worked. Had to be swiped at front desk each time I needed to open the door.

Breakfast was a little lack luster. Very little options. Price was the best in the best location.

Desk staff didn’t even smile or conversate. They were annoyed to be at work. I feel there could be better options for employees. Mold in the shower behind the ADA seat.

Y’all Need more parking & wider spaces for the big trucks. Luckily I have a small SUV. But it was a tight squeeze between 2 big trucks.

Sleep Inn exceeded our expectations. The facilities are immaculate and comfortable. We had zero expectations for breakfast, but it was excellent and plentiful, with waffles, fresh fruit, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, juice, and milk. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is lovely to be welcomed warmly and invited to ask questions or obtain forgotten items. We were accidentally assigned a handicapped room, but the staff called a day early to confirm this reservation and check on any special needs. We changed the room assignment and were very happy with our suite.

The suite does not have a door separating the bedroom from the bath and living room. We like to be able to shut the door between rooms. This allows a guest to sleep while another watches television or works.

I did not eat breakfast there because I am a healthy eater and nothing offered that met my dietary needs. I would have gladly paid for healthier options if they were available.

The female front desk staff were wonderful. The male front desk staff hid behind his computer playing games and had a hard time giving me the time and courtesy of paying me full attention at check in or at any time I needed to speak to him. He needs more training. The front desk personnel are the face of the hotel and when they are not pleasant, professional and attentive. they really should not be there. Please review your surveillance cameras to check what I am speaking about.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we are so satisfied with the management and the staff as well as accommodations and the breakfast is so good. The manager remembered us from the previous stay and it has been a while, this show how proud he is of his hotel. Excellent place to stay they really do care about their customers!!

Location was great! Easily accessible to different areas in Waco!
