What truly stood out to me was the young man who welcomed us at the hotel entrance—warm, personable, and full of helpful information. We were in town for a funeral, and while dining in the restaurant, he took the time to stop by and chat with our family. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot and genuinely lifted our spirits. The suite was fantastic, and we appreciated the amenities, especially the convenience of dining in the restaurant and ordering room service.

I have nothing to note about the hotel itself—we simply didn’t have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area during our stay.

Close to the galleria

The hotel is dated. I thought we got upgraded to a suite, turns out everyone in my party goes suites too. Lol Room was not cleaned on our 3rd day. Fd said they’d check to see how long it will take hoiskeeking to get to our room , but never got a call back. Iron didn’t work. Ran out of body wash and when housekeeping delivered, he just handed me the bottle. I asked if he can put it for us, he said he didn’t speak English.

It started with Mrs Toyna at the front desk. She had excellent customer service and made me and my husband feel welcomed.I went to the front desk everyday just to see her. We stayed in room 2519 beautiful suite. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location and one employee at the reception called Mariem. She did an excellent work and I would like to appreciate her efforts to serve us.

Maintenance of the toilet was done three times which is not normal to happen in 4 star hotel

The pool was not open @ 6:30am or 7:30... I checked twice the breakfast was horrible the French toast was soggy and potato's hard... only good thing was the oatmeal and ceral.. they had only one utensils to get fruit and salmon 😬...

Near by everything

There is no free parking fir those who staying at the hotel For more, I still DID NIT receive my deposit money!!

Awesome location in the city around restaurants for ANY budget. The service was amazing, the cookies were delicious and warm...(that's a bonus), was not able to hear my neighbors. Overall a great stay! This was probably my 6th time staying here and I cannot remember having complaints.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. Michael gave us excellent service. Was able to upgrade our room. The cookies are a great suggestion and welcoming.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The galleria was just a short walk away along with many good restaurants nearby.

Parking was very expensive and there was no discount for members or long stay customers
