It was clean. The temperature in the room was always great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our sink leaked water all over the floor and they sent someone up to fix it within 3 minutes of reporting it.

They did not seem to refill their complementary water once it was empty. It did not matter if I went down mid morning, afternoon or evening, it was empty. You could tell it had been fresh because they changed out the fruit in it every day but still always empty. Just ice and fruit remaining. You have to pay for the internet but even if you purchase the best they offer.. which I did, it's still too slow to work efficiently. The room had a refrigerator which was great but no microwave and no commons area to use a microwave..

We spent valentine day in this incredible hotel in Dallas OMG i love everything about it. The staffs especially the HOUSE KEEPING department are exceptionally the best ever , they made our one night a time to remember, defiantly will lodge there any time i visited Dallas, love love love it.

I love everything the view , the restaurant the staffs , house keeping manager is the PRICE lol , he make our Valentine day. Its the manner for me with all the staffs is incredible.

The customer service that we received from the Concierge Desk was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised with Stacia Logan’s constant contact with me to ensure that my wife and I had an incredible stay as we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. As we checked in I learned that we had been upgraded to a suite on the 16th floor. When I say no stone was left unturned in surpassing our expectations, I mean just that. From the greeting of personalized greeting cards, the bottle of champagne, the bed made up in a romantic fashion, robes and house slippers made available if we chose, and the treat for two of chocolates was a nice touch. Also, with me being a lifelong Dallas Cowboy fan, it was also nice to look outside our suite and view the team’s practice field. All in all, my every wish to have a relaxed and pleasant stay was realized and I owe it all to Stacia’s special touch. I am forever grateful to her and Omni Hotels for providing a much needed retreat for my wife and I. If I was going to do anything differently, it would be that I would have made our stay a day or two longer. Simply grateful.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was superb!

When I booked the room, it was so I would be close to the event I was attending. I had no idea I was at the Ford Center. I also did not know there was a game. I was pleasantly surprised at the outside atmospheric that Sunday night during the game. Bonus.

There was hardly anything I didn't like, but there is a slow leak in the toilet in room 812. I am in the water business, so I am hyper aware of the cost of water and sustainability. So you may want to check that, but all and all it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located right next to the Dallas Cowboys Star Convention Center. One of the entrances leads directly to the forecourt of the center so it's incredibly convenient if you're attending an event there. There are also plenty of dining and entertainment options across the street. The rooms are well appointed with the usual toiletries, clean, and the staff incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating.

The property is so beautiful, clean and in such a great location.

Valet was awful. Our keys were lost, other people’s keys were consistently lost every time we went down for our car. When our keys were lost; it made us run late to my daughter’s cheer comp.

Friendly check-in staff; comfortable, spacious room; very nice pool area; reception/lobby area is nice.

Parking is too expensive. I could have parked at an empty office across the street for free. And no free wifi?? Once you add in taxes and fees and parking and wifi, this room became very expensive.

Everything was clean and beautiful, friendly staff.

I think I was charged twice for the valet parking. I paid the valet parking beforehand together with the room reservation and when I checked out I was charged for the valet parking again.

The hotel was a short walking distance from where our training event was being held. The property was beautiful and very well maintained, but that wasn’t the best part, it was the staff that made our trip so amazing. My sister went with me to a training event. It could have been a bad time because the airline forgot to transfer my sisters luggage and we did not rent a car we just used Lyft drivers. The closest Walmart or Walgreens was 4 or 5 miles away so we couldn’t just walk over there real quick to get the necessaties and we were on a tight schedule. When we arrived at the hotel we told the front desk staff, Ryan, Sebastian and Maria, that the airport might be dropping off my sister luggage. They were so friendly and helpful, they offered us a toothbrush and comb : ) We ended up taking another Lyft ride back to the airport to get my sisters luggage and when we arrived back to the hotel it was Bismark who greeted us this time. We only stayed 2 nights at the Omni Frisco, but those 4 staff members really made our experience exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel because the staff was so amazing and the property was beautiful : )

The wife and I liked Everything about the hotel. From the room, to the customer service, to the restaurant inside the hotel, food was good also was open long hours for breakfast lunch and dinner. We also liked how we were able to stream our netflix, Xfinity, and Paramount+ accounts easily.

The only two things me and the wife didn’t like were the pillows, and half door shower got the restroom floor all wet when the shower was used.
