Location was perfect for my needs in the area. Front Desk lady very nice and helpful at check-in. Room was outstanding! Very clean, bathroom was great. Pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Bed could have been a little better, but was good. Breakfast was great- eggs, bacon,potatoes, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice.

bed a little lumpy - pillows were fabulous. I was on the 2nd floor - apparently directly under the bathroom of the room above me. their flushing toilet was VERY loud to me in the wee hours of the morning

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We were able to relax without hearing any external noise such as doors slamming or people running down the halls. Breakfast was fresh and well supplied, there was adequate seating and plenty of fresh hot coffee. We have stayed several times before and always appreciate the welcoming front desk, the calm within the hotel in general and the comfortable and welcoming rooms we get.

If the weather had been better, we would have loved getting to play in the pool. Otherwise, we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant location and services. The price could have been a little better, but when the location is full, we must pay what the market will bear! Hardship pricing would be a great help, as we come in frequently to help our daughter who is currently going through cancer treatment, and her family. Austin does not have any places for family to stay during long term medical care.

Super friendly staff at check-in. The shower was invigorating and we both had a great night's sleep.

There was a party going on which we were quite close to but it didn't go on late, however, we had just arrived from a time zone 6 hours ahead so just wanted to sleep immediately and were kept awake for about an hour.

Hotel air conditioners are almost always a problem. It is hard to regulate to a consistently comfortable temp. Also, the room is humid, and everything has a "damp" feel.

Good location, clean, good breakfast rotation, great pool location to stay out of the sun if needed or get a little sun if needed.

Nothing bad to say during our 3 night stay.

Very clean facilities. The night staff was very polite and pleasant to speak with. We got an upgraded room, which was so nice and had lots of space for a family of 5.

Floor in the room was kind of dirty, had to ask for more towels everyday since they didn’t leave enough.

Make the outlet more modern. They are our dated. Also the bottles in the shower were empty when we first arrived and trying to get our first day started.

These is the first hotel that we stay in and we actually like everything about it ! The room was clean , the staff were wonderful and really polite and the breakfast was amazing! I will definitely be back !!

AC/heater in room needs maintenance. When cycling off it makes noise like and old door with rusty hinges closing. It is enough to wake you up, nearly every time. I would think an easy fix.
