The room was great and spacious. The employees were kind, helpful and professional.

I made sure to check online about the pool being open and even chose this one for the indoor pool due to the cool weather and we found out after checking in, it was closed and being used as storage. Disappointed but it didn't ruin the trip. We're likely to stay again if we are in the area.

My room had a weird smell, but since covid, i carry with me lysol wipes and spray, small bottles of bleach and fabuloso, after small cleaning by me it smell good. The cleaning crew does a every good job in cleaning the rooms, and don't get the wrong impression. It was just with the pandemic i started doing that, i clean every room where i stayed. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay.

Proximity to restaurants & shopping was ideal. Shawna, I believe that was her name, she took care of breakfast at the hotel was very friendly & the food was delicious.

Had to get a "2nd" room key multiple times because it wouldn't work. It was annoying but we were okay with just the 1 working key. The room had a pull out sofa bed but it had no sheets on it. Someone slept on the couch and said it was okay, not too terrible.

Elevator was dirty. Floor, walls, button paneI. know they are in the middle of renovations, so I guess the elevator isn't a priority. Everything else was sparkling.

I was greeted by the staff member and checked in quickly. My room was very clean, stocked with all I needed. The bed not only looked inviting but was so very comfortable! I was very pleased with my stay.

Nothing about the hotel could have improved. I didn't have time to try the breakfast and it smelled so good.

We were especially pleased with the dining room hostess(Shonda). She made our extended stay very enjoyable. She is a real asset to this property.

The breakfast area was welcoming, clean and light. The food selections were adequate.

it's a little hard to get in. I know it's not the properties fault and there needs to be a red light somewhere to where you can turn in. where it is the good location just hard to get in
