Nice up-to-date facility. Nice breakfast and eating area. Nice sized room. Courteous staff that worked to correct the fact we had reserved a handicap accessible room, that apparently didn’t get communicated to them from third party site. We did have to stay in regular room the first night but on-duty manager was able to transfer us to another room the next 2 nights.

The mattress and pillows weren’t as comfortable as we expected. There were 4 pillows on the bed to select from but none of them seemed to be of the softer, less thick variety.

Best breakfast on our week long trip! Easy to get ice. Nice room with access to our Netflix account. Extra seating and table in our room which was helpful for staying in to eat.

There are very few parking spaces near the hotel. We had to park in a separate parking lot for the restaurant across the lane and walk through the rain to get to the hotel (on a Thursday night). The floors were a little sticky in our room.

The breakfast is one of the best! Beds are comfortable. Unfortunately our room was next to the elevator, and we could hear it running some of the night. Great place to stay.

Toilet is in a weird place in the middle of the room. It can be difficult to navigate in the bathroom.

Outside and inside was kept up. Clean and good lighting. Excellent breakfast. Even had a honey comb board. Loved that. Very unique. Did a great job cleaning the rooms. Very clean and comfortable beds. Air condition worked great.

the parking is very limited. Being handicapped,there weren't any spaces available. Much less, that the ENTIRE parking area only has about 10 spaces. Had to park across from the hotel in another lot.VERY INCONVENIENT!

Great breakfast. Air conditioning in the room worked great. Was fast at cleaning the rooms. Great job! 2nd floor hallway was nice and cool.

Main floor and lobby were too warm. Felt like no fans or air conditioning. Elevator was really warm too

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean and they were able to get me connecting rooms

Bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs in my hip.people on bottom floor called and complained my kids were walking apparently to loud for them so my kids started to tip toe so the grumpy people below us didn't get us kicked out

The room was large and had a couch and chair. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee bar available 24/7 was fantastic. My friends stayed at a place nearby for the same cost and didn't have parking or breakfast.

Good breakfast, comfortable mattress, clean room/bathroom, friendly staff, clean hotel facilities (pool, reception area, etc.), nice decorations and furnishings.

Our fridge and microwave didn't work. We told the front desk, who later said they tripped the breaker. They still didn't work so we told the new desk receptionist. It never got fixed so we never had use of fridge/microwave. (My husband figured out it wasn't a tripped breaker--the plug itself did not have power for whatever reason.)

The breakfast was delicious with hot options like eggs, potatoes, sausage and even biscuits and gravy! We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room.

I liked everything. Our room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. And we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room.
