I liked that our room had a view of a green area, and it felt very nice. We had a pleasant experience with one of your waiters, Mr. Elías Díaz. He was very kind and made us feel truly welcome at the hotel. His friendliness, eloquence, and excellent service attitude made our experience at the hotel different and much more enjoyable.

Our room had two beds, but we didn't understand why they knew we were a couple when we made the reservation and the beds were small. They were comfortable, but we slept tight.

Perfect location. Love the common spaces including restaurants. Room is very quiet. Servicing of rooms not completely reliable — other guests put towels in hallway to signal need for assistance.

Mattress is thin and low quality. My skin is allergic to the detergent they use on sheets. Restaurant food is hit or miss especially the breakfast. Such as frozen hash browns. Note that parking charge is additional. Elevator on left is often not working plus is shared with staff hauling stuff.

I was grateful Marriott was able to have our family rooms next to each other. It made the trip much easier. We found a great breakfast place just down the street on the left (east side of street) - Hash Kitchen (on Foothill Drive a couple blocks toward I-80)

I would like parking included in booking fee. The lot was fine, next to hotel, but I'd rather have that amenity included in the total room fee.

This hotel is in a quiet spot, conveniently close to the University hospitals. There are really no restaurants nearby, but the hotel has a lovely bar/grill and a breakfast restaurant, as well as a Starbucks on site.

There’s a fee for parking, which didn’t seem necessary. The shower nozzle was sticky and I had trouble turning it on. I would avoid the complimentary lotion and shower gel, as the scent was not pleasant.

I paid for the hotel on June 24 through Booking.com. When I arrived, they ask for my credit card which is standard when you check into a hotel. But they charged me for the room. I talked to them about this Friday evening and again Sunday morning when I was leaving. They said the charge would be reversed. But it still pending on my credit card. It is frustrating that I have to monitor this and make sure that it does not get charged to my credit card. It should never have been charged.

The people were lovely. My daughter's mobility service dog was with us, and everyone was great--he really loved the hotel and is pretty picky. The people at Starbucks even helped my daughter bring coffee to the room because she couldn't carry everything herself.

We had appetizers at the restaurant. They were fine, not great, but not bad for hotel food.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. My only complaints are 1. The bathroom door isn't a door. It slides like a barn door and makes a racket if it hits the opposite end and doesn't provide the privacy it should. 2. The hotel lobby and conference rooms were too cold and when a few attendees complained to the staff no one would change the temperature saying it would be uncomfortable for men in suits. Others also complained to the staff with no results.

Always a great stay. Walking distance to Rice Eccles Stadium (roughly 30 minute walk). Starbucks in the hotel was nice. Bed is comfortable and room clean. Large windows with great views of the valley. Lots of places around the property to lounge, both indoors and outdoors.

The building is showing its age. Some of the corners of the molding in rooms have paint chipping, but not really a bother. I wish the price of parking ($12/day) was included in the room price.

The hotel was spacious and comfortable. There are multiple places for sitting and some televisions showing sports or news for entertainment. Plenty of parking and easy to navigate. Bed was super comfortable. TV was large and had a clear picture. Domino's Pizza delivers right to your room.

Parking was $14/day; I feel that it should be included in the price of the room or free altogether. Room could have been a bit cleaner as there was a couple pieces of trash (water bottle lid) leftover from another guest. Could use some little updates such as more outlets near the bed. Would have been nice to have the option to crack the window open.

The building, and room, were very clean and well maintained. Nothing in the room felt dirty or needing replaced. Staff was very friendly and efficient, and were happy to assist us with an early check-in.

The community microwave available at the front desk was very dirty. Aside from that, the stay was very pleasant!
