I liked the personalized service that we received from the moment we entered the property the service was great. We were also upgraded to a room with a sea view and that took the experience to another level. The pool was amazing, the spa and jacuzzi were great and the beach was awesome. Thank you, Park Hyatt for the attention to detail it's greatly appreciated.

There was nothing that we didn't like everything was amazing.

First impression was little bit confused - previous guest of our hotel room was a bad smoker, so the scent in the room was terrible. One call for reception - and they immediately gave us a different number with even better view. Everything was nice during our stay, breakfast and dinner are perfect, beach and water are in "Maldives" colors. Room was cleaned every day, fresh fruits and flowers are pretty nice. Seemed like 50% of guests were from Russia))

Concierge not able to clarify simple questions about hotel restaurants and beach openning times. And he informed that restaurant menu was the same for lunch and dinner, and it wasn’t.

The Park Hyatt Hotel in Abu Dhabi was an exceptional experience, delivering both luxury and impeccable service. Our request for a room on the upper levels was graciously accommodated, offering us a breathtaking view of the beautiful Saadiyat beach. Special mention must go to Madhu from housekeeping; his attention to detail and warm professionalism made our stay comfortable and truly memorable. From the fine dining options to the relaxing spa, every amenity was top-notch. The hotel seamlessly blends traditional elegance with modern comforts, making for a stay we won't soon forget.

A minor drawback was that the TV only supported screen-mirroring from Android devices, not Apple. Although, it did allow YouTube connectivity via its pre-installed application.

The resort is located on the amazingly beautiful island of Saadiyat, with a white pearly beach right in front and crystal clear water which can compete with both the Maldives and Caribbean. The resort is very clean and well kept, and run by a highly professional staff that makes sure that all guests can enjoy their stay. From the check-in staff, pool/garden/beach staff, to the restaurant staff in all three restaurants, each staff member at Park Hyatt deserves a well earned compliment for how they fulfill their everyday tasks. The distribution of free water bottles at the pool and beach made sure we could easily handle the Arabian sun and heat!

There was nothing not to like! The only recommendation I have is to perhaps smoothen out the pool floor in the two pools next to the breakfast restaurant. It’s a bit of a rough underground with some nasty, pointy edges in some spots. Especially for kids it would perhaps be better to use tiles as in the other two ‘adult’ pools. But overall, a truly excellent resort!

The room was big, the wi-fi was strong, stable and everywhere, even on the beach, the breakfasts were exceptionally good and diverse, the beach was clean, spare towels were clean and laying everywhere, the food in the restaurants was tasty, the staff was super friendly, the TV had Netflix and HDMI and worked with my Macbook, there was a bathtub in the room, the city was rather close (though it is almost nothing to do there), so it is a good place to spend a week reading, swimming, lying on the beach, watching movies and doing generally nothing.

The prices for the meals inside the hotel are high. Every meal for two in the hotel's restaurants is 120-150 euro. At that I should admit that the food in the hotel's restaurants was very good even in comparison with good restaurants in the city. But nevertheless the hotel left me with a subtle feeling of a trapped mouse - if you want to eat, you should spend 1,5x more than you would have wanted to. There are no alternatives. It was unexpected for me. So next time I would have taken all-inclusive or would have reserved up to 50% of the accommodation's price for the meals.

It’s a great place to stay for staycation if you’re living in AUH. I spent my bday here and it was spectacular! Thank you for the set up, my husband and I loved it! Special thanks to Darwish, Saqar, Aakash and Mary from the Spa, she made sure I was comfortable all the time since I was alone at the jacuzzi and steam room. However, I didn’t like the approach of Roza from the Spa. I noticed that she only accommodates and greet Caucasian and Arabics - we were the only Asian at that time. I noticed that Roza did the spa amenities tour to them and I didn’t even get one - like I figured out my self where to go and where to switch on the Jacuzzi (in which Mary did) I even asked Roza where to get things and she only pointed it to me with no sense of accommodation at all. Anyways, overall it is a good experience.

Few options for the breakfast. The AC at night was not that cold, it was at 18C, doors at the balcony was fully closed.

Spacious rooms, caring staff, and a good breakfast. The team at the main restaurant is excellent—very energetic and attentive. We even recognized a few familiar faces from last year, which was a lovely touch. The hotel may not be brand new, but it’s very well maintained. When something wasn’t quite right, the staff went above and beyond to fix it—true Hyatt quality.

This time, we noticed that there were too many people at the beach who weren’t staying at the hotel. As a result, there weren’t enough sunbeds for hotel guests who arrived a bit later, and we witnessed quite a few conflicts because of this. Also, we were disappointed not to be able to have lunch at the beachside restaurant, as it was fully booked every day. It would have been helpful to be informed at check-in that pre-booking was necessary. Last year, our experience felt much more relaxing and organized.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Saadiyat with my (now fiancée!) with the intention of creating the perfect moment to propose, and thanks to the exceptional team, it turned out even more magical than I imagined. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jisouk, our check-in agent from Korea. I had initially booked a standard room along with the outdoor proposal package, but due to the hot weather, I requested to move the setup indoors. I had also asked if a seaview room was available, but was told there weren’t any at the time. To my surprise, Jisouk went above and beyond, sending in a request on our behalf and not only did we get a room with a view, we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel! I was speechless. That one act of kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay. Special thanks also to Marianna, who coordinated the entire proposal setup with such grace and care, and to Loubna for her kind support. I’d also like to mention Kawthar, who began the coordination with me before going on vacation, thank you and I wish you a restful break! This hotel isn’t just about luxury, it’s about the people who work there with heart and passion. I’m so grateful to the entire team for playing such a beautiful role in one of the most important moments of my life. We’ll cherish this forever.
