The hotel had very tasty and varied breakfasts. Clean and spacious room. I would like to thank Ali separately for helping with all the questions. And in general the staff is very responsive and friendly. Wonderful view from the hotel pool, plenty of sun loungers.

didn't like the pool bar: when we ordered half of the items we wanted were not there. Drinks (cola) took 20 minutes to arrive. The location is good, but getting to the center is problematic. You can't get to the hotel without a taxi. The bus for the shopping center is small, but there are many people who want to go. Accordingly, not everyone can go

the pool on the roof has an additional children's pool, but the problem is that next to the children's pool, you can NEVER find a place for a family, because while the baby wakes up and has breakfast, one of the adults without children lays out towels and takes a place next to the pool meant for the little ones. I believe that next to the children's pool there MUST be priority places for families with children. It is very difficult to keep a one-year-old baby on the other side of the hotel roof, which is quite far from the pool at temperatures of 42-43C.

Everything was as expected :) We really liked this place, bed comfortable, bathroom with everything you need (water pressure could be better in shower, but this is always a challenge in hotels), cleaning did excellent job every day, wifi very good (with vpn activation even WhatsApp and FaceTime video calls were smooth), breakfast was ok, premium lounge could have a bit more variety of snacks. Laundry service excellent. All personal very kind.

Roof pool closes too soon at 7pm. Since beach closes at 6pm, there is nothing to do anymore after 7pm. No wifi at beach.

Absolutely wonderful. The service was great and the room was great too. The pool area was awesome!

There was a very strong lavender smell in the room, and that was fixed after night 1. We asked twice in messages on booking to be put in rooms close to our kids. We never received replies from them and ended up getting rooms very far away from our kids which was very disappointing. Also, when we checked out they asked us to give them a 10. Also asked that I do the review there in front of them. I find that very off putting and I don’t like that.

About the personal, they were really nice, smiling, helpful. About the pool at the roof, everything was amazing, water was always cooling an there were lots of places to sit, personal always bring dry beach-towels. At the end the room was also amazing, clean and comfortable.

At the first day, they gave us room really late (18:00) even if check in was at 15:00. We were asking about room many times but the personal told us to wait many times and after few hours they said we can use other room but only for few hours until our room will be cleaned.

It’s was great location and good property just thing that not good is that it’s first hotel i saw that i need to pay advance even if i want to use to mini bar products where and in other hotel 99% the bill needs to be cleared at reception at night 2 o’clock i wanted to drink a beer from a mini and then for that also i have paid the person who came to unlock and forgot to tell this bullshit mini bar was closed and locked like there is gold inside i mean if the person is able to pay for the stay then obviously he/she is able to pay for the products used by them never seen a bullshit policy ever just payed and drank the beer after all this

Perfect location for a family retreat. Probably the only hotel on this side of Palm stretch without super loud bars and clubs outside. Hotel has its own part of a beach but it's way too small to acomodate everyone but luckily they have access to a beach nearby (5 min walk) that is much bigger and is not part of the "beach club" meaning that it's quiet. We had a studio room which was amazing in terms of having own washing machine and large fridge so I would highly recommend it over any kind of "superior" rooms

Only 3 elevators are working which means that it takes around 3-5 minutes sometimes (especially during breakfast hours) to move up and down. Beach is quite small and the facilities look like they were finished in the last minute

perfect located; near a Mall and Palm View. fantastic rooftop pool but also private beach. the staff (especially the pool bar team) extraordinary friendly!!!!

Facility Management really needs to keep up. The very new hotrl is losing too fast on quality. Pool Sun Beds were losing pieces, imbrellas partially broken and the pool guys did npt really care. The shower door is not tight enough; after every shower we had a lake on the bathroom floor. The balcony doors not tight enough either; even tough the engineer came by as it was really loud it did not really help.

All were good about the property but some unfortunate incidents happened with some staff yet their superiors were ready to make it up for me I wanted to appreciate Mr. Rakan from the front desk who have well handled the situation and managed it, tried his best and refrain me to cancel my staycation, Also Mr. Vlad ( hope his name is correct )the restaurant manager who was amazing and kind and was trying to make all his guests happy and was serving the food himself 👌excellent superiors

some staff whom seemed for me beginners and poor in dealing with customers, one from the sport club and some were waiters and front desk
