Gorgeous , super clean, perfect location in Puerto Madero, close to many good restaurants. Reception and breakfast personnel are above your dreams and expectations as well as their hospitality, welcoming, responsibility and care. I felt safe, beloved and welcomed. Good views, nice pools and a rooftop bar.

Breakfast! It’s a separate story! If you can have it outside, do it! There was the only thing tasty - papaya, nice table dressing and welcoming personnel. The rest of the choice - artificial scrambled eggs, sautéed vegetables (onion mainly), undercooking bread, bitter dry cucumbers and plastic tomatoes, burnt coffee beans.. and sticky desserts, no champagne - all for 34$/person. It’s really worsened the last two years. I suggest the hotel strongly to reconsider their approach to the menu and products quality. Disappointed.

Everything at the hotel a perfect. We had a room with the view, breakfast was good, Sunday breakfast on 31st floor with the views amazing. The staff was very welcoming coming and helpful. Francisco at the concierge helped us really well with a last minute request for tour of the city and Tango show . Highly recommended

At this time and such a hotel should try to give a nicer breakfast with more varieties. Also all hotels now have a coffee machine in the room. Couldn’t believe they didn’t have one.

The staff was very kind!!! Outstanding experience one of the best hotels to stay in! The breakfast always fresh and range to choose from. Room big and clean we ended up staying 6 nights after booking 2 nights. Enjoyed everything about it!

We were surprised with the work and the help that Francisco, the concierge, gave us during our stay at the hotel. He recommended places to visit, gave us tips on how to get around the city in the best way and even got us very good tickets to a night show. Without a doubt, the hotel and its help were essential for our excellent experience in Buenos Aires.

great spacious room, very good housekeeping staff, nice breaktfast in the 31st floor. Fabulous location. We tried three 5 star hotels in Buenos Aires and this was by far the best.

Best hotel in great area of restaurants and more! The staff is amazing, food amazing, big rooms clean with elegant design! Room service was Amazing. Everything about it was perfect.
