Checkin at 4AM was easy and fast, staff speaks English. Slept through the breakfast buffet, but it's available for 4 hours. 1PM check out was great because I arrived at 4AM and wanted sleep and shower. The airport shuttle is efficient and organized. Leaves the hotel at quarter to, arrives at airport on the hour. They will email instructions in Spanish and English after you book. My room had blackout blinds and was super clean and quiet. It was basic but nice, provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Got a good night's sleep, love the 1PM checkout, staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Room was very good, spacious, and had excellent climatization. Good bathroom and shower. Staff at the reception were polite, and the shuttle to the airport was on time. The rates compared very well with other hotels in the area and much more convenient than the hotel right at the airport (half the price).

Coordination with the shuttle from the airport could be improved. I arrived and sent a WhatsApp, but they didn't answer until later, when I was already on my way to the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but nothing exceptional. With little effort it could be improved.

Very clean, efficient communication, shuttle bus pick up and drop off, even late night at 11pm. Simple good breakfast. Restaurant available 24hrs , with beer and wine for room service only after 11pm.

*Couldn't get cocktails or hard liquor (only beer & wine) for room service after 11pm *No restaurants or bars near the hotel, hotel is located in an industrial area complex. There are side walks so you can walk and 40 min walk uncan come to a small local convenience store during the day. But definitely out of all the restaurants and bars.

Close to airport, clean basic rooms, including a solid breakfast. I’m petite and always, always cold, so I’m glad to say the in-room heater was great! Free shuttle to airport if you let them know in advance.

The free shuttle from airport apparently only runs once an hour, and I never did figure out where to catch it, so I ended up paying for a taxi to get there both times I stayed at this hotel. Also, the water pressure in the shower was almost zero—good thing I didn’t have to wash my hair, or I might never have gotten the shampoo out.

Airport shuttle was on time to pick us up from the International terminal (floor 3, gate 3 - Departures, Yes, departures. They drop departing guests off then pick up arriving guests on floor 3 - departures (embarque)) It sounds strange, but it works. The shuttle dropped us off on schedule at the Domestic (Nacional) terminal. Please book your transfer at the hotel reception as soon as possible. There are limited seats on the minibus and you might need to go earlier than you want.

The reception area was small and crowded as lots of guests arrived together. Also, Chilean regulations require hotels to copy every guest's passport. This is laborious and time consuming, but saves us tax. Expect it everywhere in Chile.

The hotel had their own shuttle, which was so convenient. It came to the airport as scheduled and adjusted the timing to the guests who needed to leave to arrive 3 hrs prior for their international flight. The room was large, comfortable bed, and clean. The hotel was quiet, even with a room close to the elevator. The staff were lovely, and the onsite restaurant/bar was very good. Good boxed breakfast was available for those with an early departure.

The coffee was terrible. They had complementary coffee from a machine in the dining room, but it was not palatable. There was no milk, cream, or creamer available. There was no coffee/tea available in rooms. The AC would only stay on for a short time, and you would have to reset. There are no instructions available for guidance. Without the AC, the room was hot and stuffy. The pillows were tiny and cheap, and they were not supportive in any way.

Staff at reception very helpful, arranged an early check in and a phone charger when mine was broken from travelling. Thankyou. Shuttle service. Runs on time and the driver was one of three staff that actually smile at their customers. He was very lovely to greet you on arrival to a new country and very helpful. Second one who offered a smile was the gentleman who offered to assist with my back pack both very pleasant staff members. The third was a gent who offered a dash of real milk for my tea. These gestures from your staff made my stay pleasing. Thank you each and every one of you😊

When I couldn’t sleep at 1am, I made my way downstairs to find catering staff setting up the dining room for breakfast. I requested a spot of milk for my cup of tea. A very miserable , unhelpful, staff member denied such a huge request. Milk was only a couple of meters from where she was standing as I signalled to her, I knew it was in the fridge. Hope this staff members shift, improved. she’s a sad piece, not able to smile or say sorry cannot assist. Just, closed with a snarling face ! I found her not kind nor helpful.☹️

Perfect hotel if you have a flight the next morning and want to stay near the hotel. It's about a 10 minute drive, the shuttle bus is pretty efficient as long as you meet their schedule. The free wifi can be a little inconsistent in the rooms but at the business centre and meeting rooms it's perfect for calls. Breakfast is good and rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

Wifi a little patchy in the room so if you plan a conference call best to go downstairs to the lobby.

Needed to stay by the airport for an early flight, was great for what we needed, free shuttle service was very helpful. Room was good, shower was okay! Really appreciated the toiletries. Room service was good but food was definitely overpriced.

Accommodation cost was high! We ended up paying more than what we had booked it for which was a little disappointing! Even after discussing it with the lady at reception, it didn’t make too much sense.

Convenient location near the Santiago airport for a quick overnight stay. Staff was helpful, safety ensured, facilities perfectly fine, breakfast adequate. Clean and simple.

Their airport shuttle quits in the middle of the night, so we had to use a taxi. One of the selling points was the ease of access with the shuttle, so this was not so great.
