I had a very nice room (location-wise): near to the elevator/stairs and yet silent; the room was spacious (family room). I had a „little“ problem the first night (I locked something in the safe, following instructions- very silly of me, I almost never use a safe) which then wouldn’t open when I returned.. and I needed it (for work). The lady from the reception helped me in the best possible way, had to go back and forth many times. (and consult a technician late in the evening), but she managed. That was a great experience. I also very much liked the lobby, the atmosphere at breakfast, the rooms in general. I would say, for my needs, the hotel was as good as it gets. Moreover, a very friendly young guy at check-in gave me the room although I was a bit ahead of time.

There was a bit of dust in the room when I arrived - but friendly people and atmosphere (+) matter much more than a bit of dust (-).

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Aarhus and offers excellent service—highly recommended in that regard.

Important note for motorcyclists: The hotel does not have its own parking. There is a public parking garage in the same building, but it is not suitable for motorcycles. The entrance ramp is steep, and the ticket machine often doesn't detect motorcycles. Once you're at the barrier, it's nearly impossible to turn around—especially if a car is behind you. Despite several calls to the parking staff, I was unable to obtain a ticket. A better option is the alternative parking lot directly visible across from the reception. It has no entrance barrier, and payment is made at a central ticket machine—far more motorcycle-friendly. I asked the hotel staff not to direct motorcyclists to the underground garage in the future.

Practical placing (in the city). Excellent service, very helpful staff. Friendliness. Rooms are well equipped, tidy and clean. Breakfast was very good, more than enough as well in quantity as in quality. Very much recommended place for travellers, couples, families who are looking for the above detailed "things".

The hotel is very centrally located, in the middle of the city, and also close to Aarhus Central Station and Bus Station. You are close to everything. Cozy and quiet rooms, good breakfast buffet and service-minded staff. 👍

The only downside is that the rooms in the newer part, facing the courtyard, have disturbingly loud noise from the fans outside in the courtyard. 👎

1. There was no A/C or ventilation in the room. They provided a stand fan ,opened the window to keep the room cool 2. There is no cupboard in the room, only hangers. 3. No refrigerator in the room ,you have to keep things in the reception???

Really nice hotel, with a nice location. The bar zone and the restaurant are quite nice and comfortable. Parking lot with enough space for big cars and underground with easy access to the hotel.

The beds in the rooms were quite uncomfortable, instead of a normal bed, there were two little beds with no possibility of keeping them together, so basically I had the wrong room. Also the accustic on the room was quite strange as I could hear the whole night how the water drops from the rain hitted a plastic part of the building so I was not able to sleep at night.

The room was perfect - clean, spatious and with a desk long enough for me an my spouse to work at our computer - the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast very rich - something for everybody. We would definitely come back.

I personally prefer a less soft mattress - but the only thing that could really be improved is: the coffe: The filter coffe is Ok, but not good - the machine cappucino is almost cold and not good. Moreover, there is only one coffe machine and usually a long line of people waiting.

The best hotel breakfast we've ever had! Everything was so tasty, I am a vegetarian and was amazed at the vegan/vegetarian options. They have fairtrade tea and decaffeinated coffee as well as the possibility to cook your own waffles and porridge. The location could not be better, everything was so close by. The rooms were big and clean, the beds super soft and comfy, the outside noises minimal. The staff was great, I loved that the person working at the reception spoke to me in Danish even though my Danish is rather bad.

One of the coffee cups in my room was dirty (salty mush from the dishwasher?), but it was no big deal, so I immediately forgot about it and unfortunately did not inform the hotel. All the other cookware I encountered was spotless!

Great location, lovely staff and great breakfast.

Our room was really hot with no working AC and too much traffic noise to keep the window open.

The decor in the hotel is fantastic. Very modern outstanding bar. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The location is excellent. Close to the Aarhus food market which is a must-see
