Very pleasant and helpful staff. Everyday houskeeping, so the cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast, albeit limited in choice, was diverse enough and always fresh. If you book an option with parking, there are two lots where you can leave your car - one small right next to the hotel, and the other private large underground garage about a 100 meters away.

The hotel is a bit far from the city core, but since it's right in the main street it's pretty easy to walk or take a bus to there. The downside of being on the main street is the traffic noise, and occasional bell tolling from the church across the street (if you find yourself there during some orthodox holidays, the tolling is more frequent). Luckily, the terrace doors are very good at noise cancelling, but they also cancel out the fresh air. I only wish that the main room door was that efficient in noise reduction - as I could hear a tiniest whisper coming from the hallway.

Nice and clean hotel. Super helpfulll people from the reception desk, they have one of their staff who speak fluent Serbian language, he gave us late check out free of charge. Breakfast is good and varied, they have always lots of choice. Room is completly renovirated, brand new bathroom, beds, and all other amenities are in great conditions. Cleaing is on higl level, they change us towels every day as well as sheets on 2 or 3 days, all room was auper cleam in every moment. Thanks to housekeeping ladies. Every room have balcony. This was our third stay and we definatelly would come again.

First night we spent in non renoveted riom, bathroom was old and amenities is bad condition, as well as all room is old and it could affect on stay comfort. It is huge difference between rooms, it is seems like you stay in two different hotels.As we spent 10 overnights, we are very satisfied with our renovated room.

Breakfast was so good and exceeded my expectations. Shower was fantastic. Also, the room was spacious and had a terrace! Also, they served breakfast from 6.30 to 10.30 and you have some time to enjoy the breakfast (most hotels do it in 3 or 2 hours only).

2-3 hangers for clothes/towels in the room could be more handy. Also, a stronger lighting option in front of the mirror in bathroom for shaving was missing. The place in toilet for the toilet tissues was not handy (toilet paper was getting off from it occasionally) I expected some facilities like slippers in the room, but they were for purchase at the reception for 3 euros. Also, there was a capsule coffee machine to use in the lobby, but you had to pay 2 euros per cafe. I thought it as on the room too.

The double and single bed was useful, liked the view from the balcony, and the room was pretty clean. We loved the breakfast, which was served 6am - 10am, giving us plenty of time to go down and eat and took the pressure off trying to find something first thing. Food was a mix of Greek sweet breads, galaktoboureko, honey, chocolate spread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and more. A good variety, even my fussy 2-year-old found something to eat. We found a corner shop nearby and places to eat. The hotel is located close to the train station. However, to reach the port and the many restaurants you will need to take a bus (there are many nearby), it's a bit far to walk in the heat.

The cot provided had no kind of mattress, so my 2-year-old wouldn't sleep in it. But at least we had 3 beds in the room, so it wasn't too much of an issue. The room was starting to show signs of general wear. There appeared to be a tile missing from behind the sink in the bathroom, and when showering, the floor was very slippery. Could do with rougher tiles on the floor for grip.

Appreciated staff members, welcomed us with warmth. Everything was explained from the start. It happened that we arrived at 6am, and because every room was occupied we couldn't get in before check-in time. This wasn't an inconvenience though. Check-out is normally 11am but they were friendly towards us and waited for 15-20 minutes longer.

There was no designated parking space or at least not free anymore, we had luck to find right at the back of the hotel. This aspect was little inconvenient because I wasn't sure if I'll get any parking fine the next day, thankfully it wasn't the case. My opinion is subjective and it could be different for others, I always like to know if I have a "safe" place to leave my car.

Everything was great! Cleanly. The food is delicious and enough. The staff was very polite! This is not the first time we have stayed here! There is a parking space, which is very important. The hotel is located in a very convenient location - 1 min to the train station, bus and train station. You can walk to the center. There is a bus stop, and by taxi it is 5-6 €. Towels for bathing. They are small. Maybe they need to be replaced because there was a torn! The important thing is that they are clean! 🫣🫣

Breakfast starts at 6:30 which is very useful for those who needs to leave in the early morning, and end at 10:30 which is great fpr clients who wants to stay and visit the city.

In the family hotel Rotonda, the rooms are clean, tidy, cleaned daily, towels are changed. The heating is very good. Food is decisive. The breakfast is varied according to the principle of the buffet table, and the dinner is very abundant and tasty. They organized a dinner for us with bouzouki, Greek music and specialties. The receptionist knows the Serbian language.

I recently stayed at this hotel through Booking.com and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to all the major attractions and amenities in the city. The room was very comfortable and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained with plenty of hot water for a refreshing shower. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The service provided by the staff was impeccable and they were always willing to help with any requests I had. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
