Great location, clean hotel, spacious rooms

Overall good hotel, but had an extremely uncomfortable scenario. We came back to our room after walking around all day, and there was a staff member in our room shirtless and filming himself. It was very jarring. He put his shirt back on and hurried out, 3 minutes later knocked on our door and when I answered he handed me my glasses that were in his pocket for some reason (?) and then ran away. SO confused and uncomfortable about the whole scenario. I spoke to the front desk and it was brushed off immediately. Happy I had my boyfriend with me, if I was alone I don’t even think I’d be comfortable enough to stay.

The breakfast was excellent, offering variety of choices. The bread and croissants were especially delicious — fresh, buttery, and perfectly baked. I also loved the fresh fruits and the high-quality coffee, which was rich and aromatic. A perfect way to start the day. The hotel is in an excellent location — just a 1-minute walk from Gaîté metro station and only 5 minutes from Montparnasse station. It’s very convenient for getting around Paris and catching regional trains. It's also surrounded by many good restaurants and food stores, which made dining and shopping very convenient.

The room itself was quite small, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially given the price. However, the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Perfect location, in a very nice charming area. The metro station is right in front of the door. Personnel was very nice.

The rooms look a bit older than shown in the pictures, some renovation would be good (for example, damaged tiles etc) but it was still nice and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom—just like the pictures! When we arrived, it was snowing heavily, and although the room wasn’t fully warmed by the central system due to the sudden temperature drop, the staff provided a plug-in heater, which worked perfectly and kept the room very warm. The towels were changed daily, and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, with the metro station conveniently located right at the hotel. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend it!

The rooms was super-clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. While the room wasn't very big, it was well-designed to there was a doublebed, a desk with a chair, a closet with small safe, a mini-fridge, a stool, and a suitcase holder. Two people could navigate without driving each other crazy. The hotel severved breakfast for a few dollars extra. We didn't take advangate of this, so I don't kow how good it is, but the location of the hotel is excellent. There is a small grocery open late next door, and many eateries in the neighborhood. It is centrally located near bus and metro lines.

Staff are very supportive. Olena was so accommodating, she assisted me in booking my taxi. They manage well my belongings after I checked out because my flight is just 2 hrs before midnight. Room and Bathroom Cleanliness is superb. Excellent location “ few steps from Metro Station (Gaite and Montparnasse–bienvenüe), easiest way to go to the Paris landmarks. Hotel surrounded by very good boulangerie,cafeterias, restaurants and patisseries.

Lift (old lift) is good only for 2 large people, 3 is a crowd. Towels are not white but clean, better if they put fabric conditioner. Breakfast is basic, enough to start the day.

Comfy and spacious room with everything I needed. Comfy double bed, air conditioner, mini fridge which was really useful. Very nice looking and spacious bathroom. The staff was absolutely lovely, polite and helpful. Breakfast was a really good deal for such price. The location is probably best you could ask for - with little streets full of restaurants, metro stop just at the doorstep, and 5 minutes away from a train station.

Small no frills room but newly modern renovated bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Great sound isolation so no sounds from the big street outside are heard. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Good value for the breakfast. Location gives access to several main metro lines and the Montparnasse train station is 2 minutes away. Also is a short walking distance from the famous Montparnasse cemetery. Restaurants and bars are just around the corner.

The TV was small and old. The elevator is tiny (as always in Paris). Breakfast could be just a little bit more "inspired".

Great location near the railway station Montparnasse , 24 hour reception, clean room and lovely bathroom. They also have a lift so you don't have to carry luggage up the tight stairs. My flight arrived 8:30 pm at CDG and it was late when I got to the hotel. I was welcomed and directed to my room. This is a small boutique hotel so it helps to speak French but I am sure that they are just as accommodating with everyone.

Nothing, it is a really good place to stay - not luxurious but nice.

The access of the building is easily done. The metro station for line 13 is near to the entrance, and the others go by Montparnasse train station. There are lots of groceries and bakeries in the neighborhood. About the room itself, I really like that the room was cleaned every day. It is quite small, but we didn't need something more.

You can enter the building only if the personnel will give you access and check the room card key. This was not an inconvenience because there is 24/7 service and reception, but it was a little bit unpleasant not being able to enter by ourselves even after the check in.
