We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and were impressed from the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly, even offering us drinks while we waited — a lovely touch that made us feel welcome right away. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were uniquely decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay. We especially appreciated the view from our room, which looked out over the sports stadium behind the hotel — a nice surprise! We did encounter a minor issue with noise from a fan, but it was quickly and efficiently resolved by the team. In the evening, we spent a few relaxing hours at the hotel bar, which had a great atmosphere and a live singer performing — a really nice addition that elevated the whole experience. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely fantastic, with a generous spread of both Indian and continental options, as well as a great selection of freshly cooked dishes. It was honestly one of the best breakfasts we had during our travels across India. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money.

The room was lovely and matched the pictures. Very clean on arrival and cleaned daily. Great shower, big and warm. The breakfast was very nice. Loads of choice and well tastes good. Lovely complimentary cake bought to the room on day 1, nice touch. Dinner was amazing! Every staff member was helpful and kind. Excellent service, cannot fault it.

Recommendations of where else to eat nearby would have been helpful. Help with tuk tuk drivers outside would be recommended as they surround as you exit. After two days we realised you could get Uber, which saved having to walk past the tuk tuk drivers. How we as foreigners, this took a while to realise. Would be helpful to have advice at reception around transport options. When asking for water we were given tiny bottle at the bar. Would have preferred a 500ml for a hotel of this standard. Pool had algae in it, or some kind of dirt.

The hotel is well maintained and offers excellent value for money. The housekeeping staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help—they were very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet is outstanding; don’t miss the freshly pressed orange juice—it’s absolutely divine. The restaurant food is also of high quality, with the lamb being particularly delicious. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Some staff members—fortunately, not many—could be a bit more welcoming and smile more often. The shower cabin would benefit from a full glass pane; currently, it's only half enclosed, causing water to spill out and leave the bathroom wet constantly. That was the only negative point about the hotel.

Clean, smart, very comfortable, good food and drink options. I’ve stayed here a couple of times before and in Delhi near the centre it’s one of the best hotels. The staff are very helpful and always have good suggestions to help. The luggage store is very useful too if you are flying on somewhere else for a short trip then coming back to Delhi, leave your big luggage with the hotel ready for when you come back to Delhi.

Some of the food and drink can be a little expensive but this might just be because Delhi is changing, everything moves on. The hotel taxi although comfortable and air conditioned is also a little expensive.

The hotel’s amenities were just as impressive. Whether it was the delicious breakfast buffet, the cafe/bar, or the sparkling clean pool, every part of my experience felt thoughtful and carefully managed. The location was also perfect — close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail.

The only thing is when you book with kids make sure you get a copy of the booking and show it while checking in. A lot of places try to charge you extra even when you book through booking.com or other places. I had my kids listed while booking and they try to charge me saying that they are not listed but I was able to show them the booking voucher.

I can’t speak highly enough of the incredible support I received from Anil, who went above and beyond to help with my travel plans. He assisted with booking my train tickets, then rearranged everything without hesitation when my situation changed, and changed again. Through it all, he remained helpful and humorous, and genuinely friendly, even while working a double shift. Nothing was too much trouble for him - promote him! As for the hotel, it’s a beautifully maintained colonial-era property that has been thoughtfully modernized without losing its charm. The bar was elegant and welcoming, the gym was well equipped, and the menu was excellent across the board. The food deserves a special mention - this was hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten which I guess you’d for hope in India - with plenty of high-quality Western options as well. The service matched the food, especially Sandeep and his colleagues on the waiting staff, who were warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Location was very good if you want to see lots of the monuments around central Delhi, plus be witness to the craziness of the Connaught with a safe and comfy base to go back to. Would stay again for sure.

Nothing - great hotel.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! The rooms are small but very comfortable, the bed and bedding feel of very high quality, and everything is very clean.

I love that there is a restaurant on site, but I must say, the prices feel exorbitant for the value of the food. While the breakfast buffet is perfect, the a la carte dining we have tried has been underwhelming at best. Flavour is missing, almost always, and the prices feel crazy high for what you are getting. The convenience of having a decent restaurant on site is worth it however. And nothing is terrible persay. Just, lacking. Otherwise, really, it’s a super great little hotel and we love to stay here when we’re in Delhi.

Great location, quite central to some of the things we wanted to see and do. Fresh facilities and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good at providing for dietary requirements, friendly professional service from the breakfast staff

The reservations and check-out: Very difficult to make alterations to a booking (due to last minute medical issue we actually wanted to extend the stay as well as change the date). They have a central reservations team who were not responsive and completely inflexible to last minute changes and we had to go through booking.com customer services and several phone calls. In the end, they were able to accommodate our changes, which was great. But in checkout tried to charge a different rate to what had been agreed. We didn’t appreciate having to argue this with the reception, even when showing them the message chain with their own reservations team that confirmed the agreed rates.

The breakfast here is really good and the swimming pool is also nice. The hotel provided airport pick-up for us which was quite expensive but pleasant while we arrived late at Delhi Airport with little kids. We booked this hotel because we want some extra comfort then normal to acclimatize well during the first few days in India and this was a good choice.

Check-in could be more efficient, we spent about 30 minutes at the beginning of the night after a long trip. When checking out, we bought some sandwiches to eat during our trip to the next destination. We threw these away because they had dried out and they were no longer tasty. Cleaning was okay but for a hotel in this price range I would expect a higher standard. Calling from reception at 10 in the evening is not pleasant as our children were asleep and this woke them up. These are all minor points for us but still makes our rating together a little lower.

Very clean, lovely decor, good location and amazing staff in particular Sandeep in the restaurant, he could not do enough for us, a great guy. Others were brilliant too, Somdutt and Mani from the restaurant, Sonal on front desk was amazing, Vikash and Sunil in housekeeping were lovely and Sumit from the gym was also fab! These guys amongst others made our stay so welcoming. I would recommend to others for sure. The only negative for me was room size, they are very small. Luckily we only had 1 suitcase between us. We would’ve struggled for space if we had anymore. Such a shame because everything else was perfect.

Rooms were very small. The most disappointing thing was the room was advertised on booking.com with free airport transfer to be provided by booking.com. Once I booked and emailed transport at booking.com they responded saying there is no transfer included. I spent them a screen shot to prove what was advertised as included at time of booking, they responded saying that was an experiment by booking.com and not real. I have responded saying this is false advertising and should be made clear to the customer. I am waiting for a response from them, it’s been almost 2 weeks!!!
