Location is perfect, room and bathroom are very clean and large, parking is available but you have to pay €20 per night.

Our room wad like rooms of old hospitals. Iron was not available in the room and hotel, so we put on wrinkled dresses when we went to opera. Breakfast area is very small. Breakfast options are very limited. Entrance is located in the basement with lots of inclined stairs and very difficult to carry luggage to and from the hotel. If I go to Palermo again, I will not choose this hotel.

Wonderful location in the very centre of the city and within walking distance from almost everywhere, 2 min from the airport shuttle bus stop. The staff were amazing, polite, smiley and very helpful. The rooms & bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

It would be great if the lobby & the reception of the hotel had a little revamping, so that they look more modern (new furniture in a neutral colour & a bookcase + some design lamps - simple and minimalistic).

The staff were excellent. Virginia was very nice and even put a special surprise for my husband and I for our 45th anniversary celebration. We were very happy with our stay. Loreto was also very helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was close to everything in the city.

Just the noise from the other rooms. It would be good to advise customers to be quiet after a certain hour, maybe after 10pm so as not to disturb others.

ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND SERVICED EVERY DAY. SHOWER WAS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AS YOU WERE RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF TOWN.

BAR WASN'T OPEN AT NIGHT, WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING A BAR IF ITS NOT OPENED. HOTEL LOST A LOT OF MONEY AS WE HAD TO HAVE A DRINK AT OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS BEFORE GOING BACK TO HOTEL. WE WERENT TOLD OF ANYTHING GOING ON IN THE LOCAL AREA (MARKETS, FETES OR OPEN DAYS ETC0

The room and bathroom was very spacious and well lit. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's across from the Teatro Politeama and a couple blocks from Teatro Massimo therfore you're within walking distance for many great restaurants and the Capo Mercato.

My only complaint was that the wifi was not great at the beginning of my stay but improved and by the end it worked fine.

heat was turned off and because it turned cold outside, the room was cold. I requested an early check in and it was not given to me and I had to waste 2 hours waiting when it was clear there were available rooms.

The location was good as a base for exploring Palermo on foot. The breakfast was also good.

It was a little worn looking—damaged paint on the furniture. Instead of having a walk-in shower, you had to climb into the bathtub to shower which is less convenient and potentially dangerous.

The breakfast was very nice comparing to other hotels I’ve visited in Italy. Very nice staff and we would like to mention Letizia, she was very nice and kind! Reception staff also very nice and cause we had a late flight we could put our luggage in the luggage room. The room was quite nice and can recommend. The station for the bus that goes to the airport is just across the central road(outside from Prada) so it’s really close to the hotel!

Room had no view, and the furniture in the living room next to reception were very old.

The hotel is located close to the main attractions, within walking distance. We booked specifically this hotel since we had a ferry the next day and we needed a safe parking space, not far from the port. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. We left very early, so our breakfast was prepared for takeaway.

The windows are old-type, wooden. We could hear the noise coming from a bar nearby. Since we were staying at the hotel on a Saturday night, it was noisy till around 2 AM so we did not get to sleep, considering that we had to wake up at 5 AM to catch the ferry.

location is great, walking distance to almost everything, room was spacious, clean, we had a great view of the main street and breakfast was very good

nothing to fault, being picky here but staff could probably provide more details on local map and places to visit or places to eat.
