Great set up for families, especially with the pool in the centre. Easy and open. Staff was all very friendly, convenient items in the little gift shop. Breakfast each day had lots of options. Hotel is in a good location with good access by car and transit. Five minute walk to train station. On-site restaurant with tasty food as well as walking distance to a liquor store. Our kids really liked this hotel. Free parking was also an asset.

Service in the restaurant was quite slow considering we were ordering very simple items. I suspect this is because it’s open all day with not that much traffic so very skeleton staff. Hotel is a bit dated in general, but not too bad. Probably wouldn’t mention it if we hadn’t paid such high rates similar to that of a more luxury hotel but assuming that’s because it was stampede week. I have a strong dislike for the bedding, which was a duvet sandwich between a sheet and a bedspread. The inner comforter was not particularly clean as I suspect those don’t get washed nearly as often, but it’s impossible to keep it all together, so that wasn’t all that sanitary. Otherwise, the room was clean upon arrival as was the rest of the hotel.

The staff were amazing- this ended our 3 week vacay. We were tired and the staff kindly moved our room to a quieter area. The free breakfast was great. Loved the k cups in room. We were able to cast onto the tv. The room was clean and comfy. We ended our trip last year at a Best Western after luxury stops and it was the perfect way to organize and focus on packing, with pool breakfast and gym. We were able to secure late checkout which helped as well. Highly recommend. Only draw back was there really was no where to walk to. That was ok for us- we had a car and we were busy organ anyway.

The pillows and bed in this hotel were so comfortable omg. I'm usually really fussy when it comes to both and I end up having a terrible sleep because of it. But the bed and pillows were so comfortable! The hotel was just a 5 minute drive from my friend who I was visiting so it was extremely convenient!

I was going to say the curtains but on day 3 I realised there were curtains behind the see through curtains lol. Those curtains at the front that didn't shut were very odd lol

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful -especially Neelu at the front desk. We arrived after a sleepless night at another hotel and Neelu brought us up 2soft pillows to make the beds more comfortable. She called our room after about 30 minutes to make sure all was well. I said it was great except for a barking dog in the next unit. She immediately offered us a new super quiet room which was excellent!Everyone from housekeeping to food service was welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel has everything that a family needs to stay comfortable for a long period of time, swimming pool, great breakfast, swimming pool, gymnasium, laundry room and fantastic restaurant.

In the 3 weeks that we stayed here, there were 3 separate occasions where groups with a lot of kids stayed in the hotel and the kids made a lot of noise until late at night and ran up and down the passages. Also, the room cleaning only happened very late in the day sometimes. Couple of times we went out for the whole day and when we came back late afternoon, room was still not cleaned.

The breakfast could maybe be better like options for eggs was only scrabbled rest was standard what to expect from buffet Has we are from England and was on holiday. and the person I was with fell and broke thigh bone in Banff 😕 and was taken to foothills hospital. I/we was booked into your hotel. From the day I arrived to eventually going home The reception staff was excellent and helpful in our unfortunate situation they let use wheelchair print some and helping sorting out few emails for insurance company. Has I/we was feeling stressed reception staff kept us smiling knowing our situation being stuck in hotel while insurance company got us flights home. Reception staff was excellent

When I attempted to make this booking with the hotel directly I asked for a hospital rate as my husband had to have a proceedure at the nearby Foothills hospital. I was told by the booking agent on the phone that no such rate existed. I got a better rate with booking.com so used you. Upon check out the clerk could tell that my husband had been to the hospital and noted that we didn’t have the hospital rate which she then gave to us saving us around $150 for the two night stay, which was very much appreciated.

Our room was facing the hot tub and pool! No explanation needed.

Trying to load/unload luggage was a bit of a pain in the butt, easy for the iron gate by the dog pad to lock behind you when you’re parked directly/conveniently below your suite. Possibly install a clearance pad similar to room’s? Also most of the food was great, the potatoes were a bit of a dry chew though.

The property has excellent access to main routes and is easy to get around from. Chosen specifically to Foothills Hospital, if you’re there for an appointment, even offer a discount for that. All amenities including pool, hot tub and the restaurant we ate at were wonderful additions to our stay. The service from Hotel Manager and food and beverage staff, while dining in restaurant and for free inclusive breakfast were excellent. They accommodated our pet in a kind friendly way making everyone feel welcomed. Our stay across the board was top notch! We will be back again, and the manager of the hotel was beyond impressive in ensuring a positive experience. Thank you all:)

Some minimal minor damages to the door in our bathroom, but on the overall the renovations to the hotel were excellent. There is no complaints, it’s a great hotel.

The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. Had everything as advertised on booking. Location is great. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that we didn’t like that it was loud with kids. The children were just let free to run and be loud. No supervision. Running around the whole place. This made for a loud evening till about 10pm. Was not sure if staff were allowed to say anything. We stayed once before and guest were loud and inconsiderate then as well.
