Our room suite was spacious and immaculately clean. King bed was wonderfully comfortable with fresh linens making it even more comfy. Deluxe bathroom. We asked for a room with a view and were given one on 8th floor with lovely panoramic views over the airport. We asked for a microwave in our room and were quickly provided with one. Breakfast next morning was very enjoyable with a wide range of foods and beverages offered. We also enjoyed the hot chocolate offered upon first arrival coming in from the freezing cold. Hotel main lobby looked welcoming with a festive Christmas tree. We liked the decor throughout the hotel and the cleanliness in all areas. Staff we met were all very helpful and friendly. Management clearly cares about providing tip-top quality service to customers, making it a very pleasant stay.

The only glitch in our happy stay was that our tv in the room did not work as the TV Guide listed one thing but we got another when we pressed the Play button. We could not find any cultural programmes that corresponded to Guide channel listings. We called Front Desk to report this and a staff member came up quickly to inspect, but he could not fix the problem. Said he would let management know, but we heard no more about it. Not being able to watch desired listed channels was frustrating, as being tired after a long day in the city we looked forward to relaxing in front of the tv for the entire evening to watch programmes of our choice. We hope this problem will be fixed for the next guests staying in the same room.

The hotel offers free transportation (rides) from airport and to airport destinations. I think this is a very attentive, such a plus service. Overall hotel staffs are attentive.

- Some reception staffs are too stiff, they understand in a very strict literal way the English of a foreigner (talking about me). I know my expression might not have been right but it seemed that the person was mad at me and later changed the tone of voice for a very rapid and tough way. -The restaurant did not serve warm/hot food and there were not many options for dinner. -The bed I slept over was rarely bent and the bottle water is only free for Hilton membership owners. If above points could be considered I definitely think that the hotel will have better feedbacks.

Room was basic. Having the refrigerator in the room on the floor felt like a low-end hotel. There wasn’t even a bar of soap to wash our hands with, just a small travel size liquid soap. We had trouble with the tv and the staff handled it very well, in fact moving us and upgrading us. We were very appreciative of this. It also made us realize the difference in the room in the 10th floor to what we had booked. The restaurant was ridiculously over-priced. We did not eat there. The free breakfast was average, coffee was nice.

The hotel is very convenient for layovers, being close to the airport and having a complimentary shuttle service. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast provided is very good and available from an early hour. The staff are friendly and helpful - and they give you a cookie on arrival!

On this one visit we were disappointed we couldn't take advantage of the hot tub as we did have some extra time; it was closed for maintenance.

Location is really convenient when you are looking to be near to the airport, we spend one night here before our flight to get home after an incredible vacations. They have a shuttle service to the airport which is great. Make sure you book this services while doing your check in. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The hotel was packed in the morning and they storage our luggage for a few hours before the check in.

The only thing that i can mention here is the attitude of the driver who took us to the airport from the hotel, it was a but rude.

we stayed here on three separate occasions as we transferred through Calgary to the Roclies and to Alaska. We had free cancellation in case we didn't like the first night there. The staff were great. We paid for a taxi from the airport but every trip after that we used or called them to send the free airport shuttle service. We had dinner in their restaurant one night and had breakfast every morning. The room was huge, the breakfast was good and it's nice to have a laundry and pool area for guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was so friendly, the room was fabulous, so big and comfortable. The location was perfect for what I needed! There was plenty of variety for breakfast and it was pretty tasty!

I am unsure of this is something I missed on communications or perhaps it only runs to the airport and does not collect from arrivals but there was a free shuttle bus I only discovered when I got to the hotel.

So close to airport especially our flight was cancelled after arriving from UK. Garth at the front desk was amazing and really turned our horrible evening around for us we were exhausted and not happy to be stuck in a blizzard not going home! He let us know about the Hilton rewards and staying extra hours the next day for a very reasonable rate so we could rest since our flight was not until very late the next day. It was quiet, clean and close to airport for a very good price. Highly recommend this place!

Location, shuttle, staff (shout outs to Tracey on Reception and the Day shuttle driver Bobby). Tracey gave us an excellent recommendation for an exotic eat when we went to Banff and her recommendation was spot on. Thanks Tracey - we did it and loved it!

Breakfast was short on English Breakfast tea most mornings and we had to ask for it. Perhaps more English Breakfast and less of the herbal teas would be the go for traditional tea dinkers please.

I enjoyed the gym and restaurant. The bartender and waitress were most welcoming and friendly my first night. The food was good and an excellent value. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL and really... 'made my day'. There was a HUGE variety of foods to choose from all fresh and plentiful. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated. The driver was pleasant and helpful with my luggage.
