I always stay at Hyatts everywhere i go, the experience in this one was lower and the hotel was a okay compared to the other hyatts around the world that are about the same price. Would not recomend this exact one.

When it says downtown you would think you are close to the momre touristic places but you learn that everything is more than a 10 min walk. Eventhough the metro is a block away and really easy to use. Also the is a park for homeless people infront so its not a great view when you go outside.

Very spacious, clean and modern rooms. Staff were friendly and always available if needed. We appreciated the small vending corner on the ground floor with snacks and a microwave - as well as the Starbucks on site. The pool and gym facilities were clean and not overcrowded which was much appreciated. Very short walk to the local Berri UQAM metro stop. Overall would definitely stay here again.

It is not the hotels fault however there is a lot of construction happening in the nearby surroundings which was a bit of an eyesore (but that’s to be expected everywhere in Montreal at the moment)

We loved the hotel staff and cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel. The view from our hotel room window was breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay at Hayatt. The breakfast was really good, it was well designed so there was something for everyone. The location is good, it has many shops and restraints nearby. The best part is that the hotel has an in-house grocery shop that is well stocked so we were able to get what we needed from there, I believe that having an in-house grocery shop and starbucks is very thoughtful and really boosted our experience here.

The block around the hotel is a bit tough to navigate in the evening time, due to too many homeless peopl, if you wish to eat outside in the evening.. I believe that is true with any big city's downtown area. Nevertheless, we had a great time.

I did not have the breakfast at Hotel. I liked the friendly staff and the pool & Sauna were very nice. Pool is very swallow and great for kids. Pool was heated and not too cold. Shower was nice with lots of hot water. Coffee & Tea were nice. Nespresso machine (small Pods)

I found the parking extremely annoying as it was almost full and people parked taking parts of both parking spots and nobody around to deal with it. Cars could be damaged easily as height is an issue and you could damage your hatch if you open it automatically. Staff could not help if parking was full advising where you could find parking other than street parking on your own. Pool Rules are not followed and more than 10 people were in pool. Instructed to shower though there was no obviously place to shower before entering pool.

We arrived September 15 early from a cruise disembarkation and fully expected to just store our luggage for the day as we went out to explore Montreal. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and personable. She even found us a room. We had an early airport departure the morning of September 16. Our plan was to grab a fast breakfast and depart at 6:45 am. The security guard on duty nicely pointed out the prohibition for having luggage in the breakfast hall. He kindly offered to store our luggage but since there was a long line of other guests, we decided to skip breakfast and head to the airport. He was exceptionally helpful and secured a taxi for us. It was very good. When we returned back to the hotel late in the evening, we were hungry. So, it was such a great surprise to have a grocery store next to the hotel that was still open. We purchased some snacks there, and brought it to our room.

When I was being checked in, my credit card would not work on the card reader. I tried 3 different cards, and the desk clerk stated, "It was not the reader". I walked away very embarrassed and upset. So, I waited a few minutes and went to a different clerk. He was very nice and handled my check in wonderfully with no issues. This was the only negative issue I had.

Excellent Hotel The hotel offers a stunning view of the Montreal skyline. The value for money is unbeatable — the room was large, spacious, and modern. There’s also a heated pool, a sauna, and a well-equipped fitness center. A big thank you to Yasmine at the front desk for upgrading me to room 2804 with its breathtaking view, and for providing all the information I needed to feel at home and make the most of my visit to the city.

A few minor improvements could make the experience even better: • Modernize the fitness center • Adjust the sauna door mechanism, as it takes several minutes to close properly Other than that, the services were excellent. Highly recommended!

It was central and a walking distance to most places( about 20 mins walk) There is a McDonald's across, a Starbucks nearby, a shoppers and Dollarama as well. The Hotel itself was decent, had all necessary things. There are bus stops and metro nearby. I was on the 25th floor and the view from my room was fantastic!

The hotel itself was peaceful but I could hear noise from the room next to me , which tells me that the rooms aren't sound proof. It's the first Hyatt I did not get a complementary water and that threw me off a bit.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The pool is amazing and my 5yo loved having so much space where she could touch the bottom. We choose hotels that have pools mainly for her so that was a huge perk. The rooms are very quiet and we hardly heard any noise from the hallway at night. We liked having the metro right there since that was our main mode of transportation. Needing to use your room key to access your floor in the elevator made us feel much safer as well.

Based off the "good", I'd love to say we would stay here again and again but the number of times we were aggressively approached by people begging just outside of the hotel and around the block makes me think we might try to find something else next time. It's really unfortunate since this hotel really is quite nice. If I wasn't there with two little kids it probably wouldn't bother me as much.

Beautiful, spacious rooms and a great bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful — I checked out at noon, and they kindly stored my luggage until my bus at 11 p.m. I was also able to spend a couple of hours in the hotel lobby without any issues. There’s a small convenience store inside the hotel and a large grocery store directly connected to the main lobby. The location is superb — downtown, surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, with the nearest metro station just a 4‑minute walk away.

While the bathroom was great, it would be nice if the showerhead could be changed to a more modern one.
