Excellent location, next to the National museum and not far from main sights and in a gastronomic area and in a safe part of town. Views from top floors are amazing. Clean rooms, good breakfast, restaurants all around, great value for Bogota. Even the Ciclovia passes by the hotel on Sundays. I would stay here again if I come back to Bogota.

Location was good, very close to the National Museum and Monserrate. Many restaurants around as well

Needed more towels, did not like the liquid soap, shower water spilled out.

Good location for the many attractions e.g. monseratte. Gold museum and Salt Cathedral. There are some excellent guides available with good English language skills for as little as €10ph

Nothing really jumps to mind. Middle East countries l’ve visited and lived in have a real plague of people giving you hassle, l was surprised how little there was here and what little l experienced was usually from people saying they were from Venezuela. Also reassuring to see the very visible police presence

Great variety for breakfast: it was worth the price, good local food, fresh fruits and most importantly great coffee. We had lunch at their peruvian restaurant Q Ceviche, amazingly tasty and good menu. The location was great right across the street from Museo Nacional and easy to walk to Plaza Bolívar, I would stay with ibis Museo Hotel again. It also had around convenience stores, 2 drugstores, Exxo and may other small places.

There were people asking for change outsie and the hotel had no security at the front door, felt a little unsecure at times.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, we definitely made the most of the fresh fruit! The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a taxi desk at the front of the hotel, although we had already sorted transport this was a nice touch. There was security on hand all the time. The rooms were spacious. The location was a short walk from the centre and there are some closer restaurants too.

The lifts were in and out of service but there was always one working so wasn't a huge issue.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Bogotá, right beside the historic national museum. The downtown can feel a little hectic, but this part is more peaceful. I didn't have breakfast there because there are many lovely cafes downtown, but I had dinner in their restaurant (ceviche), which was delicious. The building is in great condition, the rooms are comfortable, and the views of downtown and the surrounding mountains are great.

Comfortable room with beautiful views. I stayed for 10 days due to long work travel and the hotel was comfortable for this length of time. The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and delicious fresh fruit. The windows of the room opened (hurray). The hotel is a very short walk from museums, shops, cafes, restaurants and a variety of other amenities.

On at least one occasion my room was opened while I was out despite the "do not disturb" sign (someone moved the sign from the outside of the door handle to the inside, which was a little odd) and friends who checked in very late at night were accidentally given keys to someone else's (occupied) room. However, everything that I left in my room, in the safe and not, was safe and undisturbed.

The staff needed to be more efficient, friendly and attentive.

Location was great. Fantastic view over the city from my room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Security staff were omnipresent on the ground floor which was reassuring and there was an in house taxi service so getting a ride was quick and easy.

The bathroom shower/drain was very smelly. I thought it might clear with use and a volume of water going through it but it never did. I resorted to buying an oil sticks air fresher to mask it.

Amazing location, friendly staff, great food. I was staying here for two nights before heading onwards for my solo travels. I just wanted somewhere safe, welcoming and comfortable before I continued my journeys and what I received was exactly that! Didn't need to take any transport anywhere, I just walked as it is so central. 10/10 overall.
