Location! Walking distance to shops, coffee, restaurants, museums, entertainment. My room’s balcony overlooked the plaza and on Wednesday and Friday there was an orchestra that played an even concert. Also loved that a uniformed officer was standing at the door overnight. I felt very safe.

Room got hot in the morning because of the blazing sun’s heat radiating through the sliding glass door. After noon and into the night the room was cold just like I like it.

Location is perfect for city center. Hotel not fancy but had a clean bed and bath, breakfast was good too. The staff and reception, good attitudes and very helpful.

We tried to use the Metro, but so hot inside building and complicated to know what line to take. Also, not enough space inside that faces are smashed against the glass doors because of body to body crowded. It was easier to use Uber and less costly than taxis.

Location was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safety measures put in place to access anything past lobby. Room was simple and basic but comfortable after a day of touring Guadalajara.

After 11pm, there are homeless sleeping in the area. Unfortunately no traffic access to be dropped off right at entrance of hotel so be prepared to walk past them after a certain time.

It was right in the heart of everything! We were there for the gdluz festival! We saw fireworks in music from our balcony, which was absolutely amazing. The room was dated, but it didn’t matter because the view surpassed the dated room. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing we did didn’t like that. It was a little bit dated as far as the room goes.

I like how the hotel was in the heart of the city which made it convenient for us to walk many places and take the subway

I did not like how check in was such a hassle. I arrived at around 8 am in the morning. I understood it was too early for an rooms to be available. My family and I went out for breakfast. We also walked around the city for a couple of hours. At around 2:30 people started lining up to check. We were in line as well. Unfortunately we were unable to get a room till about 4 pm. It was unfortunate to have to wait almost 2 hours to get a room.

Shower not draining well. Breakfast was great, just took a bit for staff to keep it up with it. Had to wait for food and bread to come consistently. Kitchen staff seemed annoyed when asking for items.

I enjoyed the location, the room and the breakfast. The staff was always nice and ready to help. I used the business centre and although small, I was able to work on my arrival. The rooms with view to the main Guadalajara plaza are a bit noisy but nothing to worry, doesn't last all night long.

Room had good view over the square. All facilities worked. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location in the centre. Tea and coffee on tap.

Lifts a bit slow. Sometimes not enough cutlery and plates at breakfast.

Great location. We got a room with a balcony which was wonderful. Shower very nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was included. The staff was very helpful. Brought me extra pillows when asked. Safe, need room key to go up and down the elevator.
