The property is well located, with large and spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly. The beds are super comfortable.

On Saturday when I arrived I had a headache because of my sinusitis and rhinitis, which were very bad. So I arrived, took some pills and went to bed. Around 6pm, I was woken up by guests sitting talking and smoking right by my window. The smell of cigarettes made me even more irritated and the loud laughter too. I opened the curtain and asked them to leave. Right after they left, other people came in to smoke. I had to remove the table and chairs so they would stop smoking by my window. This is very disrespectful to the guests who are in their rooms. There are several signs telling them not to smoke there, but they don't respect them. This is horrible for people who don't smoke and have rhinitis problems, especially at this time of year.

Perfectly clean and comfortable. Loved the shower! Breakfast was basic but fine. Didn’t always have non dairy options but did try and provide, when asked. Definitely needs a 2nd toaster on busy mornings! Great location. Was close to everything we needed.

Our freezer didn’t freeze. Literally at all. Odd that there is tea and coffee but no milk (husband pointed this out, i don’t drink it.) Zero cutlery despite having a microwave so we had to buy some. Weird and disappointing - The advertised gym has a sign saying “Closed due to Covid restrictions.” I think somebody forgot to re-open it. The advertised casting feature on the TV did not work at all for us. Gave up!

This place is a real 4-star Motel. The rooms are clean and big enough to accommodate a family of 4. The common areas are nice: Swimming Pool, Barbecue Area, etc, but the Restaurant is superb. I wanted to eat there just once, but I finished eating three times because the food was so yummy. I would have to come back. The Motel offers a pair of Level 2 Chargers for EVs, so next time I will drive my EV. Finally, the Staff was great, from the Ladies at the reception to the room cleaning staff. This is the place where you feel welcome.

The only point that I can think of is the lack of a heated pool or a hot tub. Not a deal breaker for me ( I like cold showers ) but my Kids barely wanted to use the pool because it was too cold.

The room is large. The beds were very clean. Facilites were great, with a restaurant attached to the motel if you wanted to dine in-house. Plenty of carpark in the venue. The location is not too far from the main town.

We were allocated to a room on the second floor. I requested the receptionist to see could we change to a room on the ground floor. However, the motel was fully booked. Anyway, it didn't really cause any trouble to our stay.

Room Size, Audio/Video and Room Meal services. Comfortable beds, enough towels.

Unable to use the safe for a technical issue, TV remote control was faulty, AC remote control old and unable to read the very faint instructions. room access cards didn't work consistently, Food were a bit overpriced

The rooms were clean and large. Wifi was strong and consistent. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Lighting was good and we were comfortable. TV was a decent size and the furniture was comfortable. The fridge was a decent size. Rooms were quiet and we did not hear the neighbours. Rooms were cleaned every day that we were there. Our room was located on the second level and we had a good view of the pool and the carpark.

The room offered a toaster and a kettle. If you have a toaster, you might want to offer a plate and possibly some additional cutlery in the room. We only noticed a leak on the floor between the shower and the bedroom on the last day. Unfortunately we had a laptop bag on that area and it did get damp. Lucky the laptop was not in the bag,

Deluxe room was really spacious with 2 beds, desk, table and chairs, couch and plenty of luggage space. So much more room than I expected. For the price that I paid it far exceeded my expectations. Perfect for an overnight stopover on a road trip, but would even be suitable for a longer stay. The restaurant was also exceptional - we had dinner and breakfast. Both were fabulous and the staff were lovely.

Honestly, I can't think of anything to fault given the price that I paid. The bathroom was old, but clean with everything in working order and plenty of soap etc. The heater took a few mins to get working but kept the room nice and warm at constant temperature.

The bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the pillows a bit too hard for me but I always bring my own. Used the A/C at night so we could close the curtains and block out the corridor light plenty of charge and USB points for appliances. Loved the pool which was essential to cool down in. Breakfast perfect. Staff super friendly.

The window in our room was too small. Seemed perfectly fine in other rooms. It was a very run organisation.

It was one of the only places in orange with a pool. Pool was clean and refreshing, room was massive and had everything we needed. Close to all the shops, quiet and peaceful

The toilet seat really needs fixing as you almost slip off when using and main bed needs an upgrade but honestly minor things. Was a nice stay.

2 adults 2 kids booked a family room including breakfast, but breakfast only for 2 adults not for kids, if only for 2 people, please state clearly on website, and check out time is 10am, which is one hour earlier than normal
