1. Located closed to the train station 2. Everything about the hotel is practical for travellers 3. The night shift staff on 20 Dec 2024 (Jorge and another gentleman who wears glasses) were very helpful despite having a large group of guests to check in. The gentleman with glasses gave me and another guest clear directions on where to obtain bus tickets and advised me on what time to leave the hotel and where to get snacks for my Machu Picchu climb - THANK YOU!

1. My room had a window facing the lift (which was open for ventilation) and I could hear other guests’ movements and conversations

Modern rooms with comfortable bed and showers. We paid extra for a room facing Urubamba river, nice views but the rapid flowing river can be noisy. We liked it. The other side of the hotel faces the railway track. Good breakfast and strated at 5am which was convenient for our hike up Huaynapicchu. Convenient location to bus and train stations. Eco-friendly drinking water refilling system.

We arrived 35 minutes before check-in time (after hiking 4 days' Inca trail), check-in was not possible. It was not a big problem and they let us left luggage, so we just went for lunch, and checked-in later.

Room was excellent, breakfast also was buffet and pretty good food. Very clean and nice temperature

We arrived early and did the early check in but they gave room before us to other people that arrived after us, we ask for late check out that in the web page was detailed the price and the time for late check out but when we call to reception they gave us a higher price for less hours than what the page said.

The room served the purpose. We just need to stay one night for exploring Machu Picchu. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick. And the location is perfect, close to the restaurant/central and train station. We had a problem with the toilet plumbing, but the respond was quick. Although the housekeeping didn't speak English much, the problem was resolved quickly.

The room was super clean and comfy. Also the breakfast was great. Staffs were very kind. The hotel locates by rail, and close to Machu Picchu bus station (within 10 min walk). The hotel also locates by the river, so you can see and hear the river. The sound of river was not so loud (though the river water volume looked like max due to rainy season). We will stay in this hotel again if we revisit Machu Picchu again.

We reserved a room with river view, but we arrived in the dark and left early the next morning in the dark, so it wasn't of value to us. It could have been nice. Figure out your time frame before you pay extra for a view room. Breakfast (included) begins at 5 am, which works perfectly if you are on the first busses to Machu Pichu. The restaurant next door Machu Pisco was very good. Close to train station and to the bus stop up to Machu Picchu

Very good hotel, right in front of where the train dropped us, the staff was very polite and helpful and the buffet had good selection of food. We liked the view of the river and don't have really negative things to say. We spent only a night there

We had a small bed for a couple and a baby and we had some issues with the key of the room but overall i recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was fabulous. The breakfast room has river view. There was a huge variety to choose from.. The hot foods were different every day. Direct TV with plenty of English channels. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. Staff were so nice and helpful.

One of the best hotels I stayed. Everything was great. Jaime was the manager during our stay and he was excellent and went an extra mile to help us out with whatever we needed. Excellent breakfast with views of river and mountains. Will definitely stay here again.
