The hotel was spacious and there were many quiet, cozy and comfortable lounges around. This was especially important to us as we were staying for 4 nights and the cold wet weather prevented us from venturing out at night. I had requested for a room on high floor with view. They obliged and I was really pleased with that. The hotel provided frequent shuttles to and from Osaka JR station. That enabled us to make 2 day trips to Kobe. The hotel was linked by a covered overhead bridge to ATC. It was a mere 10 min walk. We tried the restaurants there and liked it. Good wholesome meals and inexpensive.

We had a very pricey buffet dinner on our first night here. Food was limited and ordinary. Although it was still early when we arrived, some dishes were finished and not replenished. Thereafter, we decided not to take any more meals at the hotel.

The view is great, you can see Osaka Bay pretty well. The room is comfortable and nice, they have everything you need to stay for a good night. Plenty of space in the room for 2 people, even after opening all the luggage. The mirror is heated so it's clear after showering. Hot water comes out pretty fast, and it fills the bathtub in a minute or two. The staff are welcoming and kind, lots of service available.

Although the remote has the button for YouTube and stuff, TV is not supported for those smart features. Some towels smell a bit weird but it's okay.

Literally across the sidewalk from Intex Osaka and just down the street from Nakafuto Station. If you have anything that you're seeing or doing at Suminoe-ku, this hotel is the place to stay. The rooms are huge, the view is gorgeous (my room overlooked Intex and I loved it!), the staff are friendly, and the lobby is charming. I went to the front desk a few times for various requests and the staff immediately recognized me and handled everything with a smile. I can't think of a single thing that could be improved here.

If you're planning on doing anything in the city center, this hotel is located pretty far away. Not a negative point for me because the purpose of my stay was an event at Intex, but bear that in mind if you're going to be doing multiple trips to Umeda.

The staff was extremely nice, as everyone in Japan. Accidentally I left my pocket around the reception and only noticed this like 3 hours later. The pocket was at the same place with all my documents and money in it - it's not something that happens in many countries. We absolutely loved that there is a shop just on the ground floor of the hotel! We could go down and pick things for ourselves whenever we wanted. There are great restaurants within the hotel for all taste. We had one of the best foods ever in the teppanyaki restaurant and absolutely great service! Room service is fast and the food was exceptionally good. We had an upgrade on our room, so we had access to the club facilities on the top floor. We didn't spend much time there, but also it was good to know that we can get some amenities and drinks whenever we go up. In Japanese terms we had a huge room (80sm) what was very spacious. Room cleaning was done every day no matter when we left the room or came back.

It's not a dislike, just a recommendation: we didn't really check on where this hotel is located before our arrival, so it was a bit of a surprise that the city center is about 35-40 minutes far by car. It wasn't really an issue after all, as the hotel has everything you need, it's just good to calculate with the time and cost of commuting to the city. Again, it's not an issue, but be prepared for some language barriers if you speak only English. It just needs some patience and make sure it was understood what you requested.

My friend and I really enjoyed the stay here. The concierge was very nice. All the staff that assisted us was very nice and helpful. They made sure to accommodate us considering the time that we got there because we drove from Tokyo. The room service was also very exceptional. I ordered room service and the food was so delicious I would recommend the Yakisoba noodles. Whenever I come back to Osaka I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. I’m so happy that I was able to have a great experience here. I also enjoyed the view from our hotel room it was very beautiful. Another thing that I enjoyed was how close there was a 7-Eleven and how quiet the neighborhood is. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and I loved it very much. I honestly can’t say there was nothing that I did not like my experience was amazing here. The only thing that I would say is this hotel is a little far from the main attractions like the shopping centers and the food, however it is only a 20 to 30 minute drive or if you take the train it’s a little bit longer however I think that’s hotel is very nice and it is worth it if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay with reasonably sized rooms compared to hotel rooms in Tokyo.

The location is abit away from the city but there’s a shuttle bus to and from the hotel to Osaka train station . Airport shuttle is available with charges … Besides all that the staffs and cleanliness of the hotel are good .

Sound proofing need to be improve as you can hear footsteps someone walking up n down at odd hours disturbing my sleep … Overall I can say that the hotel is very good…

Room was adequate for my stay. I was there for work so the proximity of the Expo centre was ideal. Breakfast was a combination of Japanese & Western food and was great. I eat in the Italian restaurant two nights which was nice. Very good gym to work out in! Very handy having a 7-11 shop in the basement! Plenty of eating options in the hotel if you don't want to travel to the CBD. Great to have a bus transfer facility to the international airport.

My room was clean and tidy but the hallways on my floor (21) looked like they needed a bit of TLC. The wall paper had been patched up in numerous places. Would have been nice to have a bar to chill out in at the end of the day.

The hotel overall is very nice. It’s a bit of an oldie from the interior appearance of the rooms, but it is still very classy and very clean. As for the bed in our room it was comfortable and clean with good pillows. It situated in Osaka bay, so the view was always nice. Another plus is that there is a metro station very close by.

The location of Osaka bay has an up and downside. The view is amazing, but to actually get to the city center you must take trains to get there OR use the included shuttle service to get to Osaka station.

Friendly staff, Quality of 5 stars, good quality of Breakfast and foods. They have shuttle bus to Osaka Umeda station every hours, and convenient store plus selections of restaurants. Will come again

I came with my elderly Mother who can’t walk very far, the hotel is so grand and big. I should have mention on booking so they don’t put me in a room far from elevator. And our room was standard so no sea views

I just loved the overall atmosphere. Would come back again because I haven't gotten to enjoy other services yet. 2 nights are not enough!

It will be lovely if the breakfast had a category naming, besides dish name. Like Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine; or noodles section, vegetable section, basic breakfast section. Etc. I'm sorry if the property already has it. Maybe I haven't just read properly. Still 10/10
