Good location, very easy to find it, if you are driving from the North (for ex. airport, Ploiesti on DN1 road), not far from the airport and downtown. There were several number of free parking places. The room was relatively large. The staff of the hotel was OK, good professionals, polite and efficient work, good communication face to face and on-line, as well.

The interior design, the carpets, the furniture, tiles -generally everything in the room-, seems to be a bit outdated, but still not old. If you are traveling by car, it is a bit complicated to reach the hotel from the downtown. But if you take in account the advantages of the hotel from the opposite direction, (let me emphasize that it is hotel in a big city, located in one side of the most important national exit road from the city), this max.10-15 minutes extra driving time from the very center of the city is not really a problem. Fair, but not exceptional price-quality ratio, comparatively to the rest of the hotels in this neighborhood. (we are frequent travelers here, due to the nearby airport)

We liked the location, design, spacious room, friendly staff, that the airport shuttle waited for us, when we were delayed by traffic jams from Bucharest Nearby, 10 minutes walk in depth - Mega image store, liked the selection and service For the first time I saw a pillow that is placed between the mattresses if we wanted to move the beds - thoughtful comfort 🤍

If you open the window to air out the room - you can hear the highway and construction nearby. When the window is closed - it did not interfere, everything is fine

It is exactly what you could expect from a place like this. Close to the airport with a free shuttle! Staff was available at all times. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location is great, just across the street from McDonald's which is open most of the day.

It's not really possible to take the bus if you arrive during the night, when the shuttle is not operating. Bus line 100, operating 24/7, does not stop near the hotel. It is possible to go there in the daytime, and from the hotel to Bucharest centre.

Clean and good location- close to airport and also Therme. Good parking. Quiet. Functional elevator.Good for a short stay.

We stayed in suite 24 and something to mention ( not that bothered us) the TV was not working- we went to front desk and the staff was friendly and tried to give us different TV remote but still didn’t work. We give up because we live most in our phones. Also the door was hard to fully open. And the blanket for the double bed was too small. Per total was a pleasant stay and I will recommend it to my friends.

The rooms were very clean. & location was close to the Therme! I only stayed 2 nights - did not eat here. Staff were helpful & friendly. Rooms provided kettle, water & hot drink options. Also mini fridge. Definitely good value for money.

Not all the TVs are the same. I booked 2 rooms ... 1 had a smart tv and 1 did not. I had kids in my room that wanted to stream to the TV in the evenings - but this was just a personal issue to us - it did not affect our stay.

The location was perfect to get to when we arrived at the airport late at night. Staff quickly gave us our key and directed us to our room. The room was massive and comfortable for two people. The room was very quiet at night, the A/C was incredible, and the shower was hot. It was also convenient to get to the Therme spa from the hotel the next morning. My friend and I were both very pleased and will stay here again if we return to the city.

This place was excellent value for the money and I have no complaints.

We transit there due to morning flight on the next day.The room was spacious,clean and the staff was so welcoming and kind too.They also provide a free shuttle van to send us off to the airport but need to tell them earlier at the counter for the arrangement.we are fine there for one night stay for this price.

Location - it's inside abit .No any restaurants nearby.So we order pizza on that night since we were hungry via glovo. Lights- Not bright.

Overnight stay for the flight. Jumped off the bus and over the bridge straight to the hotel which was easy to find. We had no Internet in our room so the kind receptionist let us change rooms. We organised the free hotel shuttle which was great! Thank you!! Bathroom was big and we had a lovely hot shower. Room was comfortable.

TV didn't work but we were only there one night so not really an issue. There was enough electric plugs to charge mobiles.

Food, tidy room, spacious bed, shampoo smells nice,

Pillows too flat, shower not fitted properly and would be better with a rail, space between the mirror and end of the bath, no mosquito net at window, the reception on the telly was poor, nowhere to hang the bath towels in the bathroom, taste of coffee could improve, no milk for coffee on arrival, the duvet sheet was inside out and too small.

Very close to the airport, no more than 10 minutes by taxi, the hotel provides a shuttle to the airport for free every half an hour, rooms were very clean, kettle, coffee, water bottle inside the room. Requested for a baby crib, the hotel accommodated the request and found it inside the room.

Walls are very thin, and you can hear absolutely everything, from the rooms next to yours and outside, but apart from that, everything was great.
