As usual perfect for family stay. Worth every single penny. Always my goto choice.

Usually the shuttle to Haram used to drop n pick very near to the haram by 2 mins walk. but this time it was very disappointing. First you use the hotel shuttle to reach kuday bus stop, then you change the bus and try to grab the government buses if you are lucky enough to find a space, which then drops you behind the clock tower. And then you have to make a good 8-10 mins walk to haram through some really dark and awfully smelly place. That just ruined my trip. but as far the services AT THE HOTEL were amazing as usual.

Amzing value for money at this place, if you don't mind taking a shuttle bus to/from haram. Supermarket and mosque were nearby although no ATM is in the vicinity. There is a free shuttle bus to Haram that takes about 17 min to arrive at Kudai station below Clock Tower.

The shuttle bus runs every 1 hour which if missed before prayer time you would have to take a taxi for 50 SAR one way. I would have loved if at least they had two buses for every 30 min.

Property was clean and easy to check In

There shuttle service was not what it used to be. On many occasions I had to taxi from there to Haram.

Ambience, quality of infrastructure, staff, breakfast, cafe, al Rajhi mosque and the neighbourhood, spaciousness, peaceful atmosphere, shuttle service to Haram

Phone in the room does not work, cleaning was not done in the room during my 6 night stay which was not an issue for me because I am an experienced traveler but other guests might not like this.

The check in was very fast and the staff was very nice. The house keeping was very good. All facilities could be found in the hotel. They also allowed me to check out at 15:00 instead of 12:00, which I also appreciate.

The location is far from Haram and we need to use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Sometimes I had to use a taxi because the shuttle bus was small one and not enough for all passengers, especially at Magrab time from the hotel and after Ischaa time from Haram. I wish that they provide two of such buses at these two times or one bigger bus.

There is everything you need such as supermarket, souvenir shops etc. Just beneath the hotel. The hotel is quite fancy and the staff are helpful.

The hotel is not close to the Haram, you need to take the hotels bus to a place and then another bus to the haram. Not very convienient.

The environment is outstanding

The shuttle bus 1 hour trip is took long time especially during peak hour.Suggest to do 30 minutes trip during peak hour + the service should be available for 24 hours to Masjidil Haram

The location is very far from haram and you need to leave 45 min before pray , also the drop location is far from haram
