1-Last night in hotel t i had fight with neighbors from Nigeria who is making check out at 1.00 AM , more than 10 childs was running in the loop between the rooms & more than five women , they was in room 20 , 17 & 16 , i informed them many times that i want to sleep , i had sleepiness for two hours and after i fight with them i called the reception and security ,it was really very bad for me and family to face this accident , since one of them tried to attack me , i didn't call the police , since they run after i called the security . 2- the only comment we have on hotel that swimming pool have no safety guard .

Coming from a country widely known for its hospitality industry, and having several points of references, we do have a critical perspective on our different stays; we try to be as unbiased as possible. Movenpick Tahlia lives up to its rating, and in some respects, even exceeds it, notably in terms of the guest-oriented service, where the bar is set high. The hotel is conveniently located in Jeddah, and is within a 20-30 minute range from famous attractions as well as as the airport. Check-in was smooth, with exceptionally efficient and welcoming bellmen, embodying the philosophy of the hotel. Paperwork was also swiftly addressed. We would have appreciated a welcome drink for our accompanying child (the other two hotels of our trip provided it). The hotel itself is very modern, with a beautiful swimming pool, a roof garden, and well-equipped fitness centre; the fruits and infused water were a welcome addition in the gym. Reception staff was also very attentive to our needs, and went out of their way to ensure that all our demands were met. The room, just like the hotel, has a modern aesthetic, and mirrors the atmosphere of the Al-Andalus region. Air conditioning and lighting control have a centralised and modern interface. The large screen TV had more than 80 channels, and coffee and tea were amply stocked, along with bathroom amenities. Housekeeping was among the best we have encountered so far, with timely, swift and efficient cleaning and bed-making services. Cleanliness, at all times, was as spotless as the service was flawless. The sofa-bed was a most welcome addition and added extra comfort for all of us. Mr. Sanjay Pandey, housekeeping manager, personally came to greet us and to offer his assistance in case we needed anything. As impressive as the housekeeping, the breakfast offer was full of whole range of quality products, including smoked salmon and beef pastrami on top of what we came to expect in such establishments.

Bottom line: There was an incident where I missed the 'normal' entrance in a moment of hurry (needing change for taxi) and I was quite vigorously redirected to the non-VIP entrance. This was unfortunate and taints what would have been a perfect experience. We do not expect VIP treatment but this experience was antithetical to the flawless and beautiful courtesy displayed by staff. Perhaps this is very contextual and we completely understand policy but we come from a country where the hospitality industry does not make hierarchy so obvious, especially with categorically segregated entrances that are adjacent and therefore very easy to confuse. C'était vraiment dommage.

I liked how cozy, calm & clean everything is. Atm right there in lobby. Customer service is excellent. House keeping was outstanding specifically Mr. Enamul! He was really respectful, nice, hardworking & made sure my room neat clean. The staff are welcoming, nice & helpful. I will come back definitely. Many thanks to every employee I’ve encountered and made my stay so peaceful.

The hotel was very beautiful, and my room was wonderful. The morning breakfast buffet was amazing. The entire staff, from the fellows who cleaned my room up to the Hotel manager and the staff at the two on-site resturants were all extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, which is located in a quiet and walk-able part of Jeddah. My whole experience, staying in Jeddah at Hotel Movenpick exceeded my expectations, especially for my being a first time visitor to Jeddah.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like. The Hotel is five star, from top to bottom. I had no complaints at all. I felt like I was treated as an honored guest.

I have stayed in several five star hotels in Jeddah, Mövenpick Hotel Tahlia was the most beautiful ever I spent unforgettable days in this hotel with family, There was also a very beautiful and wonderful celebration of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, First of all, I would like to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Munther, for the wonderful services and distinguished accommodation, And thanks to Mr. Suleiman, the receptionist, Thanks to Mr. Majid from the security guards Thanks to the wonderful international chef and to Mr. Farhad and Mr. Fahim Thank you all

Calm area, very nice views, it feels so cozy. Staff are very welcoming & always helpful. House keeping does a great job! Whenever i ask for something, staff are quick to respond & deliver. Food is amazing, lobby cafe calm & cozy. The hotel facilities were well maintained & clean. I felt very safe in the hotel. I enjoyed how calm the hotel is.

Cozy hotel and room♥️ I had a wonderful stay. The room was modern and well-equipped with excellent tech, including smart controls for lighting and temperature. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a standout, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay—highly recommend!

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Top selection for both, healthy options and indulgence. They also had the best FOUL I have ever tried, a smoked version that took foul to a whole new level - you must try when you stay there. Also the staff was a delight to deal with! There was a tiny issue upon my arrival which they resolved swiftly and without hesitation, which is exactly what you need.

Although I didn’t get time to use it, I really enjoyed seeing a swimming pool. The bed was comfy. The rooms were very tidy and very modern. I even asked whether this was a new hotel because everything was just so clean and organised. All of the staff were very friendly from the bell hops to the receptionists.

efficient and welcoming staff, eager to accommodate all guest needs, clean facility, cozy and stylish made my stay relaxing and significantly comfortable, their Indian cuisine Rasoi is phenomenal, and great and somatic dishes served by extreme hospitality, with exotic ambiance made my food experience and excellent and memorable, highly I would recommend food lover to try RASOI, high FIVE, and many thank to Mövenpick Management Team for their easiness and professionalism to give the guest the traveling experience..
