You should have a kettle in the room.

The hotel was great, room was comfortable and everything as expected for an Ibis Hotel. I went to Zurich for a concert in the Hallenstadion and this was the perfect location for that. However, keep in mind this is at least 30 min by tram from the city center. That said, there were enough restaurants and places to eat close by the hotel.

The shower sealing was defective (had quite a big hole) and the bathroom got flooded when showering. Not a common thing in this hotel chain, but happened this time

Very close to Halle concert and event venue, and the airport (15 mins drive). Helpful bar staff and good selection. It has a music venue which could have been fun (if bedroom wasn't above?)

It's Ibis "red" but room was too basic with no tea/coffee and medium sized room. Bedside power sockets only USB (and broken).

The room had an AC and it was a big ace.

We were very satisfied to stay at this hotel during our short passage through Zürich. Despite the heat outside and an enormous amount of guests during our stay, everything went smoothly and pleasant. The staff was helpful and respectful. The location is also great. Only a few minutes from the airport and Oerlicon bahnhof, which is well connected to other parts of the city.

Nice and clean hotel - does the basics right; room was slightly small but tidy. Bathroom was clean. The location is a little away from the main city - but accessible easily via Tram. The helpdesk was helpful (especially Mr. Singh - thank you). If you're utilizing the room just to spend the night, look no further. But if you're looking to spend time in the hotel - this may not be the place to look.

Bar was open late which was lovely when you’d been out all day and had somewhere to relax when you got back to your accommodation.

The distance from the city centre. However, we did know this before we went and trams are frequent and only a short walk from the hotel.

Upon entering, I was met by Sanja l, the receptionist who booked me in and was very pleasant. Up to the 4th floor to my room in a tiny elevator with my golf clubs and backpack. My room is comfortable with a large bed and all the amenities you could possibly need for a 3 day trip. Downstairs in the restaurant, I was met by Adriana, who served me my food and drinks. The next night, there was Alpha serving. Great hotel. I will be back for my last night in Zurich.

Clean, modern, quiet, friendly staff, secure parking, near concert hall 622 (3 bus stops) and Hallstatt stadium, full bar in lobby, near airport, small but adequate room for two.

No coffee maker or tea kettle in room with some free coffee/tea and mugs - it’s a small thing but I depend on it first thing in the morning at the price point for room. Garage had no elevator access to hotel lobby, only the outdoor parking lot. Not many options for dinner within short walking distance. An area that had many business office buildings, dead at night

We stayed here in order to be able to get to the Hallenstadion which was only a 10 minute walk away ! It takes around 25 minutes to get into the city centre by tram and is in my opinion quite expensive (roughly 5 euros for a one way into the city) but other than that it is a great place to stay if you're wanting to be close to either the airport or the Hallenstadion.
