The first room we got was a basic one and the WIFI and my friends phone just didn't have any reception so we rang the receptionist after a chat with them,we were moved to a much better room with good reception and the WIFI worked fantastic. The receptionist who welcomed us ,Noor, was very lovely and welcoming and the ladies at breakfast reception were also very lovely and attentive.

I think the changing room could be a bit cleaner and it would be nice if they had like a few towel rails to hang your towel when you finish swimming but that's probably my own opinion.

Staff went the extra mile to make our trip memorable. Noor gave us a lovely welcome when we arrived, it was fantastic that we could check in a bit earlier, and the drinks vouchers and message in our room were a lovely touch. Restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming and the kids table and activities were great. The room was clean and comfortable.

It is quite minor, but the changing area for the swimming pool was freezing! Also there were no baby changing facilities in the changing area, so that and the cold made coming out of the pool quite difficult.

The front desk staff were amazing. 10/10 Customer Services. Wish I took their names on 3/5/2024 at 11 am. Lots of parking space, good size, and clean rooms. Room service and food were brilliant. Thank you.

The health club let down the rest of the hotel. There are good facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, steam room and sauna however everything is small and very dated. Some areas weren't clean and had no towels. You had to bring your own or collect one from reception. Needs refurbishment!! Complimentary water bottles in the room would have been nice, especially for the coffee machine.

One of the best things about this hotel is its staff. From the ladies that did the check in/out to the members of staff that were helping during breakfast. This is the second time we stay in this hotel and we will happily come back. We had dinner again in the Italian restaurant downstairs. The food was really nice and the service superb, like I said, the best for us is how friendly and warm the members of staff are. The pool is also a plus, I must say. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. It's a quiet location and has been good for us, as we travel for junior football matches. Breakfast is included in the price.

The rooms could have some renovations, particularly the carpets. And the TV was pretty useless, not being able to connect to netflix or other online services. The parking could have some sort of discount for the hotel guests, although I understand that it is London and you pay pretty much everywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone seemed very happy to assist us. Nice, clean, swimming pool, open from early morning to late evening Well happily stay there again.

The Marco Pierre White restaurant was a complete disappointment. Despite there being very few dinner guests the service provided was inattentive and disorganised, I was but the food itself was worse. It was overpriced, and as a franchise it was precooked elsewhere and warmed on site. The result was bland, poorly presented and rather tasteless steaks and pasta dishes, and part frozen deserts. We would return to the hotel anytime, but we'll never visit a Marco white restaurant again.

Staff working in every area in hotel were so helpful and friendly. Reception staff was more than helpful throughout my stay as it was only me and my young daughter and they made me feel very safe and comfortable. Room service was amazing and quick. Bed was so comfortable we did not want to leave. Daughter loved the Swimming pool and we even was allowed a quick swim in morning before check out.

Having to pay £7 for parking. Just thought if you spending a lot of money to stay over in hotel then should have free parking.

The hotel wasn’t that cheap at all for what it’s had there The water wouldn’t stay in sink it was running away down plug hole in my room not enough plug sockets in the room no info about the hotel in the room no bickys in the room the fridge kept making a horrible noise all the time in the room the sofa bed was made and we didn’t ask for it to be made Plus there wasn’t enough food on my plate I was still hungry after dinner and it was cold too. we was disgusted that 2 meals 2 drinks a beer and a coke and 2 tiny puddings were far too expensive £70 so we went else where for food and we have to pay for the car park which we didn’t know about It spoilt our Xmas

The rooms were very clean with good facilities and the beds very comfortable. They were in a quiet area of the hotel which was requested. The food (dinner and breakfast) was very good with a great choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was also impressed that although not requested, out rooms were made up and supplies replaced.

We came as a family with children and requested to have adjacent rooms but we were not even in the same corridor. We appreciate that this could have been because it was half term and our booking was made about two weeks prior to travel.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn as part of a small, continued, celebration of my daughter's birthday the night prior. It was just my two daughter's and myself. I wasn't expecting much, just looking for a relaxing weekend away with the girls, and to enjoy the spa. Well, we were pleasantly surprised, the greeting upon arrival was fantastic, and when I mentioned my daughter's birthday we received a glass of prosecco each. I'm not a fan but I did enjoy this one, so much so it took us a little longer to find our room :-) . The beds were of a good size, and comfy too. Room service was great. The spa was soothing and well needed. Not so much on the swimming though, chose the wrong time as the pool was busy, as to be expected. The buffet breakfast, hot or continental was in abundance. Thoroughly enjoyed!

I guess, the walk way to the spa could have been a little warmer. It felt as though I was walking outside. Perhaps flowers in the room and bathroom would have been a nice touch. Nowadays, artificial flowers look so real so it wouldn't be a huge expense as real flowers would be. I've stayed at 5* hotels and flowers make a lot of difference... it's the ambience! Perhaps drawers, or more shelves, to put clothes away would have been nice.

My partner and I stayed overnight for a bit of RnR, the hotel and leisure facilities catered to our needs perfectly. The beds were comfy, our room was spacious and at just the right temperature. The staff were warm and friendly, especially Pauline, who we laughed with at what was a very decent breakfast, while my partner taught her Jamaican patois. We will definitely return to this Holiday Inn.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
