The first room we got was a basic one and the WIFI and my friends phone just didn't have any reception so we rang the receptionist after a chat with them,we were moved to a much better room with good reception and the WIFI worked fantastic. The receptionist who welcomed us ,Noor, was very lovely and welcoming and the ladies at breakfast reception were also very lovely and attentive.

I think the changing room could be a bit cleaner and it would be nice if they had like a few towel rails to hang your towel when you finish swimming but that's probably my own opinion.

Good bar and restaurant and 6 out of 7 staff I dealt with were excellent. The first 1 wasn’t so good. So from a negative start I thought this could be bad. The other staff made up for it and I would really recommend staying

Initial contact with them was dreadful, lady with glasses on told me they had no room. I said I’ve seen them on booking.com she said no no that’s impossible we can’t help. I went to the car park booked it and walked in seen someone else. We were checked in and had room keys in ten minutes and the room was ready.

Staff went the extra mile to make our trip memorable. Noor gave us a lovely welcome when we arrived, it was fantastic that we could check in a bit earlier, and the drinks vouchers and message in our room were a lovely touch. Restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming and the kids table and activities were great. The room was clean and comfortable.

It is quite minor, but the changing area for the swimming pool was freezing! Also there were no baby changing facilities in the changing area, so that and the cold made coming out of the pool quite difficult.

The front desk staff were amazing. 10/10 Customer Services. Wish I took their names on 3/5/2024 at 11 am. Lots of parking space, good size, and clean rooms. Room service and food were brilliant. Thank you.

The health club let down the rest of the hotel. There are good facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, steam room and sauna however everything is small and very dated. Some areas weren't clean and had no towels. You had to bring your own or collect one from reception. Needs refurbishment!! Complimentary water bottles in the room would have been nice, especially for the coffee machine.

One of the best things about this hotel is its staff. From the ladies that did the check in/out to the members of staff that were helping during breakfast. This is the second time we stay in this hotel and we will happily come back. We had dinner again in the Italian restaurant downstairs. The food was really nice and the service superb, like I said, the best for us is how friendly and warm the members of staff are. The pool is also a plus, I must say. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. It's a quiet location and has been good for us, as we travel for junior football matches. Breakfast is included in the price.

The rooms could have some renovations, particularly the carpets. And the TV was pretty useless, not being able to connect to netflix or other online services. The parking could have some sort of discount for the hotel guests, although I understand that it is London and you pay pretty much everywhere.

Included breakfast was tasty. Dining staff were very friendly. I found no where that told us there was no restaurant service on a Sunday evening (until we arrived at the restaurant)

Air conditioning in our room did not work & although an extra fan was provided, there was no written explanation of the fan. The concierge di off to switch our room. but that was not a perfect solution at 2130 in the evening.

Location. Great staff and spacious hotel. Good sized room for 3 people. Breakfast offered a very good choice. Swimming pool opened early enough to enjoy before breakfast. Clean room and enough towels.

Pillows a bit hard.. personal preference. Parking is £12 per night and independent of the hotel. This information may not be apparent until you confirm the booking. Car park can be busy....be sure to check the far side for spaces.

Bed was comfy room clean not a garden view more car park. The staff were very well mannered smart and helpful from booking to arrival. Room.set up with birthday celebrations upon arrival (at an extra cost)

The pool was really busy not relaxing at all so I didn't end up using it maybe due to the school holidays I think due to this it also wasn't very clean in the pool area however this is common when very crowded.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone seemed very happy to assist us. Nice, clean, swimming pool, open from early morning to late evening Well happily stay there again.

The Marco Pierre White restaurant was a complete disappointment. Despite there being very few dinner guests the service provided was inattentive and disorganised, I was but the food itself was worse. It was overpriced, and as a franchise it was precooked elsewhere and warmed on site. The result was bland, poorly presented and rather tasteless steaks and pasta dishes, and part frozen deserts. We would return to the hotel anytime, but we'll never visit a Marco white restaurant again.

Staff working in every area in hotel were so helpful and friendly. Reception staff was more than helpful throughout my stay as it was only me and my young daughter and they made me feel very safe and comfortable. Room service was amazing and quick. Bed was so comfortable we did not want to leave. Daughter loved the Swimming pool and we even was allowed a quick swim in morning before check out.

Having to pay £7 for parking. Just thought if you spending a lot of money to stay over in hotel then should have free parking.
