Beautiful, contemporary design with attention to detail. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, microwave/oven, dishwasher. Accessibility friendly (bathroom supports). Sofa bed available for kids. Parking available at 25 pounds per 24hours. Safe, easily accessible to hotel. Please note preferable to take baggage up to reception at roadside entrance as there is no elevator available from the car park to the reception (unless you walk on a bit and enter the service area to access a lift, which is technically not for guests). Excellent location, within short walking distance to Paddington station and even closer to Edgeware station. M&S food hall very close by along the Wharf. Highly recommend the aparthotel. Will definitely choose Wilde again!

The only challenge was that food order from the menu was not possible as pizza bases not available during time of stay. (Only food item on the menu available after breakfast)

The room and staff exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was always ready and available to help, even with small trivial problems not even involving the hotel. The room was just big enough to still feel warm and cozy. We were on the seventh floor and had a nice view of the apartment buildings across the street. No city view, sadly, but considering the bed is right next to the window, it wouldn't be ideal anyway as it would be harder to sleep. The room came equipped with everything a traveller could want. No need to pack soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a quality hair dryer - it was all provided for us in the room. The kitchen also has everything one might need - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, you name it. The hotel also offers a laundry service! If you're looking for a small apartment you can relax in while not running around London, this is definitely the place to book. Both Edgeware road and Paddington station are also a very short walk from it.

The alarm system went off at an ungodly hour of the night once, but technical difficulties happen.

If you satay less than 7 nights they don’t clean your room. They only clean if if stay more than 7 nights or you pay cleaning fees and you have to inform them one day ahead

Madona :) she offered me a cup of coffee when i was waiting for check in and it was a very nice coffee. Later on the day and again while i was waiting another staff offered me a cup of coffee … that was very nice welcoming. Room is big and very clean … location is also very good near Paddington station and Edward road.

I honestly liked the hotel a lot and i was going to give it 10/10 but while checking out staff was a bit too much and he even tried to rate the hotel himself in booking while holding my phone this is the reason to give it 9/10. That was the only negative thing otherwise everything was excellent and staff were very nice.

The mini kitchen in the room was a lifesaver for traveling with a child. We could easily adjust the room temperature. The hotel’s location is great, just a few minutes from two different metro stations. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. The room was very clean when we arrived. The housekeeping staff was friendly.

The room size is ideal for two people, but it feels a bit small for a 7-night stay with a child. I didn’t like that the cleaning service was extra. There is no wardrobe in the room; you have to use the storage space under the bed, which is not very practical. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach the reception via WhatsApp as they suggested.

Room, location and the facilities - especially the laundry room - very helpful for the trip, and also clean and instructions are easy to follow and thank you for providing the laundry powder too! And bonus point: providing reading materials in the room to keep us occupied while waiting. Room very comfortable - very quiet at night time, thermostat easy to adjust to my comfort and plus the view! Bedding - love the storage underneath the bed and providing us with mini vacuum cleaner (genius!) so we can clean the floor on our own and the machine so quiet! Location - very close to Paddington and the London Underground - walkable by the bridge and the canal - lots of restaurants options and facilities like groceries and cafes. Perfect space to escape all the hustle and bustle of downtown London. Bonus - given the option of them to get us some essentials for the kitchen prior to arrival (bread, fruits, chips, soda, water) - perfect for me after a challenging day of travel to arrive in the room and saw that with all the complete kitchen appliances made my stress level went down and able to wind down properly.

Staff - especially the cleaning team - should be more attentive - put the sign to pick up rubbish as provided but not done. Kitchen sink - a little too small but it’s fine. Storage near the bathroom - a bit tight - especially the safe was located at the very bottom - have to bend to the ground to reach but it’s okay.

A modernly furnished room, beautiful view, close to the metro and shops, in a lovely neighborhood. Mostly friendly staff.

The fire alarm was activated twice, both times false alarms—once a few minutes after midnight and the other time late in the evening. It was a major inconvenience, especially for families with small children who had to be woken up and carried down from the upper floors via the emergency stairs. Both incidents seemed to be due to a failure in the hotel's system. The rooms were not cleaned at all during our 5-night (6-day) stay. Changing the bed linens comes at an additional charge.

Location is great, easy access to Paddington Station and subways.

Parking was quite complicated, and unfortunately, the staff seemed unprepared to assist thoughtfully. This could easily be improved by providing clear, printed instructions with a map showing the correct entrance for guests needing parking. Initially, I was directed to the wrong location via Google Maps on my phone, which led me to wait at the wrong entrance for over 5 minutes. Once I finally accessed the parking area, there were no clear signs or directions on how to exit. I only figured it out after running into a chef from the nearby Premier Inn who kindly helped. To add to the frustration, I only intended to park for one night but was charged for two by mistake.

Well equipped, clean and spacious studio. Loved our stay!

The double bed was joined with two single beds which was a bit uncomfortable.
