The location was perfect ..very near to paddington station so we arrived from( and left to) Heathrow very easily and quickly. It is like 3 min walking from the station, that is easy even with large suitcases. The stuff was very polite, everyone with a smile always. We stayed at the twin room which was very comfortable and very very clean . The bed was very nice and comfy!! They changed towels and sheets every day which is rare in hotels . The bathroom was spacious and with all amenities as well as the room . I would stay again in Rove hotel in my next London trip!!

Everything was perfect. I would only recommend to add the option of breakfast . If that was possible it would be the perfect hotel!!

This place felt like a great value. My room for a single person was very small, but very clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Layout of the hotel is quaint with few amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in an hour early which was extremely helpful. The location and value really made this hotel notable. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Paddington Station. From there you can be at London Heathrow in less than 20 minutes by express train. The area around the hotel felt safe. There is plenty of dining and shopping in the immediate area. It is possible to walk to touristy sites but most will want to use public transportation.

Rove is ideally located in the heart of Paddington, close to supermarkets bars, restaurants and the train station. You can take an express train to Heathrow from here, only takes 15mins at a cost of 25.00 pound. The room is not large but adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Included in the air conditioned room is a fridge, kettle, iron and har dryer. I was in the basement so had a lift. There was a slight rumble from the Underground but it didnt affect my sleep. This could be different if you are a light sleeper.

My kettle wouldn't work but this was dealt with immediately. Also the light switch next to my bed was wobbly but once again, one reported it was sorted.

The location is excellent only 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. The staff were very helpful. The hotel has a luggage room which was very helpful on the morning we arrived well ahead of the check in time and also on the day we left. Our room had a double bed and a single bed with an en-suite bathroom and was a good size for the 3 of us. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept soundly on both nights of our stay.

The things we didn’t like are small but annoying. There was no plug socket for the kettle. The only plug socket was next to the bed so we had to move the kettle to there. There was a coffee machine with pods provided but we couldn’t manage to get it working and gave up. We all had showers on the day we arrived so all the bath towels were wet. The next morning we left the tag on the door requesting the room be cleaned and expected fresh towels. When we returned the room had indeed been cleaned and the beds made which was very nice but only 1 bath towel was left for the 3 of us. I went down to reception to request more towels but was told I would have to wait for housekeeping the next morning.

This hotel is literally a 2 minute walk away from Paddington Station. Lovely air conditioned entrance which is a must. Lift up to room. The room was very bayjue but totally acceptable for our needs. Air conditioning, shower , wardrobe & comfortable bed. Very clean, staff were very friendly & accommodating. Forgot to put my clean room sign out so it was a lovely surprise when we got back late after a show to see a beautifully cleaned room & made bed. Went to London with my daughter for work for her & included 2 half day shopping trips & a show. The day my daughter was in work I literally walked 30 seconds to the tour bus pick up point & enjoyed the sight seeing. My daughter will definitely return for work related events & we will both return again when the leisure opportunities arise.

Could have done with an electric socket by the mirror to use straightening irons but we managed 🤷🏻‍♀️

The location was excellent. Right next to Paddington underground. Also close to some corner shops and restaurants. So you don’t need to venture far if you need some essentials or a quick dinner. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. You can hear the underground a little but it wasn’t enough to disturb me or my sleep so I didn’t mind. The room was very clean. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that you could leave your luggage in the luggage hold after checkout. I would say this hotel is for someone who is planning to be on the go. Overall very happy.

I wish the shower head had a bit more pressure and that the lighting in the bathroom was brighter/stronger. The television, compared to other hotels is a bit outdated in the sense that you can’t connect your phone to stream your own programmes. But you can still watch normal television. So honestly, taking into account the low price, I think this hotel is totally worth it.

Great Location, especially for Paddington Station. The man on the check in desk (forgot to get his name) was so helpful to get us in our room early after we explained our situation and that we wouldn't return until after 11pm. Bed was so comfortable, slept like a baby. Earplugs were provided presumably for the noise of the underground trains but they weren't needed as it wasn't that loud and we had a basement room (still had huge window).

Probably more than I would like to have paid for a basement room although it was a Saturday and there was a local event on so it's to be expected. Shower temperature fluctuated a lot but not going to let either of these points affect the score on a great hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is hands down the location. Literally less than 5 minutes to Paddington station and Paddington is well-connected to almost everywhere in London. The room was pretty good and average, nothing too fancy but surely not a filthy one. The only issue for some might be the noise of the tube, which is pretty loud, but they do offer earplugs so it's pretty fair. We arrived a bit earlier than our check-in and our flight was way later than our checkout, and in both situation they let us store our luggage there. So do not worry about where to put luggages because they're pretty accommodating about that. The staff was nice and the place and rooms were pretty clean. I would absolutely recommend in the future and might even go back myself. Given London prices, it's a pretty good offer.

Maybe the room was a bit too small... we literally had to climb the bed to get from one end to the other. It was pretty noisy because of the tube, I was pretty exhausted so I didn't mind but I know it can be a big issue for some people, earplugs or not.

- quiet - clean - modern - has a lift - great location - convenient amenities Room was exactly as described, even slightly better than expected. It was really clean, modern and looks and feels new and well looked after. The location is fantastic, easy access to Mayfair and to Heathrow airport which is essential for me. Lots of commerce in the area, you can find anything you want anytime you need. The room has a dryer, coffee machine and pods, kettle and coffee/tea bags. There’s also an iron and a board. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to messages, also very helpful. The Internet works well, even for video calls. I stayed in the fourth floor and having a lift made life easier as I’m not really strong and I travel with a heavy suitcase. Just mind the fact that there are 2-3 steps in between corridors as this is a combination of a few buildings/former flats. I definitely recommend it for a quick stay if you won’t spend much time in the room. It was ideal for me, exactly what I needed even if really tiny.

Shampoo containers take up too much space considering their position in relation to the size of the shower cubicle. And we could have some hanger hooks around the room. No place to put suitcase as the room is tiny, I would suggest a folding suitcase rack.
