Excellent friendly and comfortable hotel in a convenient and quiet location . Only downside - no wardrobe or coat hangers in my room. I needed to hang my suit. Staff produced a hanger, but no hooks from which to hang it. Could soon be rectified.

Great location a couple of hundred metres from Paddington Station. As our stay was at the end of our UK trip, we were already familiar with small hotel rooms and this one wasn't exceptionally small - possibly on the larger side for this part of the world and the shower was a reasonable size. I am still staggered at how small they manage to get handbasins in this part of the world! But the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, albeit on the more expensive side, but it is important to consider that in context of being in the middle of the world's most expensive cities. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. and would stay again.

I went on the trip with as few expectations as possible, regarding the size of our Master Cabin room, happy that I read how clean and new everything is. The reality exceeded our expectations, the room was very comfortable, excellently optimized, with absolutely everything you needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Immaculate bedding, extremely comfortable pillows and mattress, new and fluffy towels. Small attentions that make the return from long visits around London very pleasant: comfortable slippers, water, coffee and tea. The mini bar is a dry-bar type, a few snacks, perfect before dinner. Elegant and good quality breakfast, generally typical basic continental, in a relaxing atmosphere. Great location, close to metro and bus stations.

We were taken by surprise upon arrival, when we were informed about a reserve of 250 Pounds (for 2 nights) which we did not read about in the reservation conditions or announced by the property, deposit which was released on the departure date. We asked ourselves what would have happened if we did not have this deposit? But we did not let this aspect influence our stay or the wonderful conditions at the hotel.

Great location and easy walk to Paddington Station, and other sites. Plenty of little convenience shops selling fresh fruit,juices,light meals etc. Shower was the best we’ve had! Strong pressure and easy walk-in shower and immediate hot water. All new fixtures. Very friendly reception and staff. We asked for a quiet room and it was delivered. Room 113 All the hotel was newly refurbished with top end fittings. Very clean and fresh.

We felt the room was slightly smaller than we’ve been used to in London and elsewhere,especially the bathroom. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very sparse with offerings. Baguette was offered in place of sliced bread for toast,and when asked we were told “ only baguettes “. 😔 Not a deal breaker though. I’m not sure it was worth the extra to be included in our booking.

Excelente room - has great tea - coffee and water available for no charge which is a plus. The room is small but very well appointed . The best location - at Paddington and on 3 different underground lines as well and good bus routes. The Norfolk square in front of the hotel is a plus.

I think it misses more promotion for the bar - but really nothing else

Beautiful room, so so pretty and very clean. Great location, especially for our plans. We walked everywhere, and it was nice having a park across the street to sit and eat any takeaway dinners.

The room was smaller than it appeared online. Perfectly fine for a short stay, but we had quite a few bags with us, and it probably wouldn't be enjoyable being squished up for a longer stay.

The breakfast was okay but it was a more European style than a traditional English breakfast. So I was a bit disappointed there. The breakfast could do with some work, especially around milk being available.

We had a cabin room and we would have liked a step for the bed as it was quite high and awkward for changing. The minibar selection was not very good and we would have appreciated a rounder selection.

The hotel was gorgeous. Really lovely refurbished interior. Small but comfortable rooms. Quiet bedrooms, even though the location in Paddington is great. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Check in isn’t until 3pm but they got our room ready really early and allowed us to check in.

Very nice decor immaculately clean and the location was perfect. Staff were fantastic. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel- I highly recommend it for anyone looking for some luxury and a good location to explore the city.
