The location is just great, a minute walk from Paddington station. The staff were friendly and helpful with anything we asked or any interaction (not many though). The rooms were clean and functional. across the hotel is a nice little park who offers free Yoga classes, if you're into it

The rooms are pretty small. the first room we got was ok. however, on the next day when we came back to the hotel we could get into our room. the person at the front desk explained that apparently the people in the room above us forgot the shower tap open and flooded their room, so he suggested another room. we went into our room to pick our belongings, and saw that part of the bed was socked with water. The new room we got was on the fourth (last) floor, while the lift takes you only to the second floor, and one tiny. so we asked for a same size of room as the first one.. we spent one night at the attic, and on the next day we got another room in the basement floor. it was in a decent size (still smaller than the one we originally had), anyway - all ended well - these things can happen..

Near Paddington train +underground station almost 3 minutes walk. Near Hyde Park. Room is clean and bed is comfortable and have a nice and modern decorations. Staff are helpful.

The room is too small, there is no enough space for the luggage.

Amazing location. Very well maintained. Great functional use of space. 5 minute walk to Paddington Station.

Air con made constant whirring noise. Easy to sort by playing “block out” noise. Staff very helpful in offering to provide portable noise cancellations machine.

It’s in a really nice London area and super well connected

It’s itsy bitsy tiny, if you are a tall person maybe go somewhere else ;) very compact, I was ok bc I’m petite :)

Convenient to Paddington and Central - Super Good Decor, very stylish, upmarket for the price. Lovel Shower. I had a single room and it was tiny, but for one for one night it was fine. For the price. Any more expensive and I would have not been happy.

Once we moved to second room it was nice and spacious .also they let you leave luggage in storage all day on last day which is great .

The first room we had was so small. The double bed was only accessible on one side so you would have to climb over the other person to get out. The floor had nails sticking through where the underlay was thin, which hurt our feet even with socks on . ( which is why they moved us . I only asked for cardboard or blankets to put over carpet ) also there was no docket next to tea / coffee making so I had to move it to the bedside table . They said I need an extension but they didn’t have one . The second room we was in was totally different , as it was a superior room . Just be careful when booking and don’t have room 305.

Clean and functional hotel in a great location. While the room was small, it was very thoughtfully designed so the space did not feel tight. Beautiful comfortable bed and very nice bathroom also.

Checking out was an ordeal. (We had left bags in the luggage storage so couldn't just leave). No one was manning the desk for at least 15 minutes and in that time a long queue of people looking to check in or retrieve bags or with other queries had formed. When the staff member returned (it seemed like she was returning from a break) she was very blasé and did not seem bothered that guests had been significantly inconvenienced. Otherwise the stay was great but this left a bad taste. I suggest they hire more staff to ensure coverage at busy times.

The location is very convenient, located in a beautiful, silent and calm square with green views and very close to public transportation (Paddington subway station and buses). The hotel is modern and seems like it has been recently renovated with good taste. I have high expectations regarding the hygiene, and the room exceeded them, even if there is carpeting on the floors. The liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are very good (maybe a sponge would be optimal to use the liquid soap to shower). The room had everything to prepare a tea or a coffee, including a water boiler, a nespresso type coffee maker and in the little refrigerator the hotel provides milk in little containers. I didn't try the tea but the coffee was good. In the in the room there is a small safebox, and at the lobby there are medium and large size lockers that work with a combination to leave one's luggage after checkout, so no padlock is needed.

The room is very very small, but we knew that beforehand. The bathroom is also minuscule (the size of the shower is actually surprisingly convenient, though) and the sink is outside, so you may disturb your partner when washing your hands if you get up at night to use it. The bathroom door is not wooden, but made of opacque glass, so there is little to no privacy. The room service is not included, so guests should pay an extra or make their bed and ask at the lobby for fresh towels. The area is super silent so there is no street noise, but we were able to hear the muted voices and footsteps of the guests upstairs. Sometimes their footsteps even made vibrate something inside the false-ceiling that was very annoying during the night.

We had a pleasant stay overall! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, though the room was smaller than expected. One odd feature was the sink being located in the main room instead of the bathroom, which had no additional sink or mirror. That said, the highlight of our experience was Sam, the receptionist. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or recommendations. His outstanding service truly stood out and made our stay memorable. By far, one of the best receptionists we’ve encountered!

The location of the hotel is good, the room was clear. There is an air conditioner in room which worked very good. The staff is very friendly and will help you with everything you need.

The bathroom door is transparent and you can see the silhouette XD If you are coming for business trip or fresh relationship- pay attention for it :) The room is very small and in bathroom you have a toilet and a shower, the sink is outside in the room. You can hear the trains (not loud, but you can hear it). Also there was a problem with a boiler of the building and we didn't have hot water in the shower for 1 day- the staff informed us only on the next day that there is a problem (but they fixed it fast so in the evening of the next day everything was fine).
