Great location, easy to get around London. Comfortable beds 😊 Staff were very helpful.

Our key cards didn’t work for the room so every time we returned to the hotel these needed updating which was slightly frustrating, especially when the hotel’s reception was closed.

The hotel was nothing special, but the staff was absolutely fantastic. Their friendly and helpful nature made our stay a positive one. We were so grateful when they found my son's forgotten blanket and arranged to send it back home. It's small things like this that make a big difference. Thank you again for all your help. As well as the hotel really close to public transport and the train to the airport, and it is a center of London

The hotel was dated in some areas however this wasn't a problem for us as it was clean and for what we paid we were happy with it .

I was on the ground floor, it was good, but the connection and internet were very bad, and the Wi-Fi was slow. I was only there at bedtime, only in the evening. It just needs a connection booster. Thank you.

Enjoyed my 4 night stay in the Beverly House Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station & a short walk from Hyde Park. Easy to get around London on the underground from Paddington Station. The room was of decent size with ensuite facilities. It was ideal as somewhere to sleep after spending the day sightseeing. Also the staff were very pleasant to deal with. There is also a good selection of cafes & restaurants near the hotel for getting breakfast, lunch or dinner. I would definitely consider staying in the Beverly House Hotel again.

Location to Paddington Station and how quiet it was. The internet was pretty good. My room was -1, under the main floor. I bought a kettle to have tea and coffee when in the room. I left it for them to have. There was a fan to push the air around. Without the fan, it was stuffy and smelled a tiny bit moldy. I did sleep well. Nice water pressure for a great shower and the room was cleaned daily. The staff was exceptional!! Thank you so much.

This is a really good value hotel, close to Paddington with friendly staff.

Only downside is the stairs with heavy bags but given the amazing VFM this is a minor issue

The location is very good, a couple of blocks from Paddington station, very accessible and easy to get to. The staff are friendly and the place is good. The room is a bit small. The only drawback is that it doesn't have an elevator (which is justifiable as it is a historically protected building), but if you happen to be staying on the fourth floor, be prepared to climb up and down some narrow stairs. The place does not offer breakfast, but it does provide tea, water and biscuits.

It would be great if they could offer bottles of water in the room, so as not to have to go up and down the stairs.

This was my 2nd time at Beverley House. Very friendly and welcoming staff! and it’s in a great location - close to Paddington station. We arrived early and they let us into the room. when checking out, they have a storage room. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip to London memorable!
