We arrived at the hotel from an early morning flight and the staff went out of their way to check us in early and to look after us over breakfast. We were upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was filled with lovely restaurants, cafes and pubs. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone travelling to london.

The location is perfect for a city trip. Paddington station is a 5 minute walk away, from Paddington you can easily reach the entire city. The hotel looked like it was recently renovated, the room was nice and clean.

The only things I would like to see changed is the size of the bed (140cm is too narrow in my opinion) and the quality of the pillows. I'm not saying it was uncomfortable but it could've been more comfortable.

The hotel was very quaint and nicely maintained. 100/10 location - only a few minutes walk to Paddington Station, lots of coffee places and restaurants around. There were absolutely no noises to be heard at night, not from inside the hotel nor from outside the hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff - always present.

The only reason as to why we didn’t give our stay a 10 is because of the bed - personally for us, it was a rather small double bed and the duvet was the exact same size as the mattress, meaning that there physically was no other way for us but to sleep squished together in the middle of the bed so we could both have some cover whilst sleeping… also, the fabric of the bedding was rather stiff and rough feeling.

The room, while small, has been very intelligently planned, maximising the space. The way the lights and airconditioning work is excellent. The staff, from the reception staff to the cleaning staff, were exceptional - courteous, professional, kind. The bed was very comfortable; and the TV has many many options. The bathroom was perfectly functional. The whole hotel was also very clean.

Very minor point - but the light on the TV, including a clock, could not be turned off and was right across from the bed.

The room was exactly as described. Close to Paddington Station and great walk through Hyde Park. The breakfast was lovely. We had some issues with lights in our room, but this was fixed straight away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were in room 207 and the position of the toilet behind the large basin was awkward and the toilet roll fell off if you bumped it with your knee. We know most bathrooms are very small in the UK, but the basin in this one made it a bit tight for a tall person. Apart from that though, the shower was great.

We were given a very warm welcome and were even allowed to check into our rooms before the official check-in time. The reception was always staffed, so even a problem with a key card was resolved immediately. The rooms are very well furnished and extremely clean. For London standards, they are even spacious. The room service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally extensive. We traveled at Christmas, and there was even Christmas cake and Prosecco for those who enjoy such treats. The staff is super friendly. The location near Paddington Station is fantastic. Hyde Park is very close by. The underground and buses are within walking distance, as are shops, good cafés, and restaurants. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet. There’s also a small lounge with free coffee and tea. Luggage can be securely stored at the hotel. We thank you very much and wish you a healthy year 2025! We will definitely come back!

The hotel has an excellent location - 5min walk close to the Paddington station, yet far enough from the crowds there, it was so quiet and peaceful! There many good restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby as well. The staff were amazing! Every single one of them was always with a smile on their face, extremely polite and seemed genuinely happy to be and work there. The room was pretty clean and comfortable.

The room had everything we needed, except coffee machine(for non-uk people whom just a kettle is not enough :D). There was free coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not open in the early morning (6-7am) :( Also the shower was not clean - there was much calc and mold on the shower head. And it really didn’t comply with the temperature switch.

located two blocks from Paddington station , a good option for Heathrow Express & metro. Refurbished rooms with modern fixtures. friendly staff. decent breakfast. close to shops & eateries.

The breakfast was as advertised - cold continental The location was excellent for visiting sites and friends in North and West London. The rooms were compact but extremely well organised with everything we wanted included. The fittings and decor was all newly done and it was exceptionally clean.

The rooms were compact. This did not bother us at all but they would not be suitable for someone who wanted space. The en-suite bathroom was very small. However, for the price we paid it was exceptionally good value and the size did not bother us at all.

The hotel interior renovation seemed relatively new and the interiors were fresh and modern. The street is lovely and it was an easy walk to Paddington or Lancaster Gate Underground. The room was large and included a nice array of room amenities including a refrigerator and safe. The bathroom was nice and also plenty large. The room was on the lower level and looked out on an area well that included the open stair from the first floor. It was better than it sounds and was a nice, quiet room. The hotel staff were friendly and we did not have any issues communicating with them. There was coffee available off the lobby all the time.

The room temperature was difficult to control and the room was too cold most of the time. Although we had no issues with the staff they apparently went missing for a while one day and left a couple unable to check in for over an hour. We tried to help the couple contact someone but were also unable. I would presume this is not a common problem, but more of an internal communication issue with staff that day.
