We arrived at the hotel from an early morning flight and the staff went out of their way to check us in early and to look after us over breakfast. We were upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was filled with lovely restaurants, cafes and pubs. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone travelling to london.

The location is perfect for a city trip. Paddington station is a 5 minute walk away, from Paddington you can easily reach the entire city. The hotel looked like it was recently renovated, the room was nice and clean.

The only things I would like to see changed is the size of the bed (140cm is too narrow in my opinion) and the quality of the pillows. I'm not saying it was uncomfortable but it could've been more comfortable.

The hotel was very quaint and nicely maintained. 100/10 location - only a few minutes walk to Paddington Station, lots of coffee places and restaurants around. There were absolutely no noises to be heard at night, not from inside the hotel nor from outside the hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff - always present.

The only reason as to why we didn’t give our stay a 10 is because of the bed - personally for us, it was a rather small double bed and the duvet was the exact same size as the mattress, meaning that there physically was no other way for us but to sleep squished together in the middle of the bed so we could both have some cover whilst sleeping… also, the fabric of the bedding was rather stiff and rough feeling.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were always kind and polite. The hotel is maximum 10 minutes walking from Paddington station and, in the other direction, Hyde Park. There are many great restaurants within walking distance.

The room was very small and dark. I expected it to be small, but I did not expect it to be THAT small. It was hard to navigate with two people despite it being a twin room. The hotel also asks people not to use adapters, which is tough when you are a foreign traveller.

Location, cleanliness of the room, simple but yet you've got everything you need. Just nice for two people. Great location ！！！ only a few minutes away from Paddington station. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Though it is near Paddington station, the hotel area is nice, quiet, and serene !

The room is quite small but just nice for two people. The whole room is quite high-tech, with everything digitized. What we find it funny is that the AC is controlled by the front office. Even though there is a motion sensor for it, but the front office needs to turn on first. So whenever we go out, it will turn off after a while, and when we come back, we need to ask the front office to turn on the AC for us. It is not a big deal to just ask them to turn it back on when we return to the room because we had to pass by the front office anyway, but I just find it an interesting concept. They told me it isn't like North America that I could turn on, and it will come up blowing. It also takes a while to kick in.

The room, while small, has been very intelligently planned, maximising the space. The way the lights and airconditioning work is excellent. The staff, from the reception staff to the cleaning staff, were exceptional - courteous, professional, kind. The bed was very comfortable; and the TV has many many options. The bathroom was perfectly functional. The whole hotel was also very clean.

Very minor point - but the light on the TV, including a clock, could not be turned off and was right across from the bed.

-Perfect room, we totally had enough space -stayed 4 nights, for shopping and sightseeing -near the underground station Paddington (2min to walk for the yellow circle line) -near the Elizabeth line to the Heathrow airport (4min to walk) -shower has good pressure and hot water straight away -the hotel is surrounded by many trees -nights are quiet and calm -we felt safe everywhere

-the television did turn on automatically during the night. Lucky we did turn down the volume hours before but we still woke up. Next day we did put out the wires, problem solved.

We were given a very warm welcome and were even allowed to check into our rooms before the official check-in time. The reception was always staffed, so even a problem with a key card was resolved immediately. The rooms are very well furnished and extremely clean. For London standards, they are even spacious. The room service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally extensive. We traveled at Christmas, and there was even Christmas cake and Prosecco for those who enjoy such treats. The staff is super friendly. The location near Paddington Station is fantastic. Hyde Park is very close by. The underground and buses are within walking distance, as are shops, good cafés, and restaurants. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet. There’s also a small lounge with free coffee and tea. Luggage can be securely stored at the hotel. We thank you very much and wish you a healthy year 2025! We will definitely come back!

The room was exactly as described. Close to Paddington Station and great walk through Hyde Park. The breakfast was lovely. We had some issues with lights in our room, but this was fixed straight away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were in room 207 and the position of the toilet behind the large basin was awkward and the toilet roll fell off if you bumped it with your knee. We know most bathrooms are very small in the UK, but the basin in this one made it a bit tight for a tall person. Apart from that though, the shower was great.

The breakfast was as advertised - cold continental The location was excellent for visiting sites and friends in North and West London. The rooms were compact but extremely well organised with everything we wanted included. The fittings and decor was all newly done and it was exceptionally clean.

The rooms were compact. This did not bother us at all but they would not be suitable for someone who wanted space. The en-suite bathroom was very small. However, for the price we paid it was exceptionally good value and the size did not bother us at all.
