Although our room was smaller than we were expecting, we just LOVED how helpful and kind the staff was. We were loaded up with towels too numerous to count and lots of toiletries. One of the nice young men who worked the welcome desk loaned us his umbrella for several days. All of the people who worked there made us feel right at home!

The room was quite small, which we realize cannot be changed, but the peeling linoleum on the floor made the room look shabby. The fresh paint and wallpaper looked very nice. Perhaps the manager could have rented us a nicer room. Surely not all the floors were peeling!😕

The location is unbeatable – right on the road with major bus stops like Edgware Road nearby, and Paddington Station just a short walk away. Lots of dining options around, from cheap eats to fancy restaurants, plus supermarkets. It’s super easy to reach all major tourist attractions. Rooms are clean, bathrooms spotless, and cleaned regularly. Rooms provided with a hair dryer, iron and extra duvet. Free tea, coffee, and milk in the room is a nice touch. The staff are incredibly helpful – they really go above and beyond.

I know some guests mention the rooms are small or the shower space is tight, but for the price, I found the rooms perfectly adequate and clean. The hallway carpets may be a bit old, but they were clean and odour-free – unlike many places I’ve stayed in before where carpets smelt moldy. Honestly, I have no complaints at all.

The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, which was ideal for my daughter and me. Toiletries were readily available, with an ample supply of toilet paper. The beds were freshly made each day, and clean cups, saucers, and towels were provided. Refreshments such as coffee, tea, and sugar were also available. Additionally, there was a small refrigerator, which was a definite advantage.

The room temperature was uncomfortably low during the nighttime hours. Despite the presence of a radiator in the room, I was unable to adjust the heating settings..

It was in a great location and very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided a hairdryer on request. we enjoyed our stay and they stored our bags in the office on the first and last day which was great.

We were travelling as a family (2adults, 3 children) so booked 2 rooms. The rooms were on different floors (one on top floor and one lower ground). There was a lift to make it easier and it was not a huge problem but would have been nice to have rooms closer together. The rooms were also quite basic but the hotel good for what we wanted/needed and also good value for the price charged.

It was conveniently located near Edgeware Road station making it easy to get around London via the underground or by bus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were always clean towels and the beds were straightened up when we returned to the hotel at night. Good value for the price.

The room was small and basic but we weren’t there to hang out in a hotel room. We were there to explore the city and this hotel was a good base for that purpose.

Great hotel for the price. Lovely and clean, friendly staff, small fridge, comfy beds, warm, fan provided, wardrobe and dressing table, television, easy to work shower, tea and coffee provided in room. Few minutes walk from Edgeware Road tube station. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

On small side but perfect for a couple of nights. Lift is really small but don't let that put you off. We didn't have a view but we were not there for the view! No breakfast available but cafe just up the street. Furniture may need upgrade but it works fine so maybe just a lick of paint.

Location was great as we were going to winterwonderland,so was a leisurely 15 min walk from the hotel.The room was noisy but was to be expected as we were in a busy part of the city,beds were very comfortable.They supply tea and coffee in your room and there is a TV. The staff were amazing,so fri6and helpful .would definitely stay again next year when we go to hydepark again😁

The only thing is we forgot our shower gel and the shower gel packets provided we couldn't open lol but there are shops across the road where u can buy some🙂 Other than that,it was perfect for what we needed for a couple of days at winterwonderland 🙂 Thankyou very much

Property had scales in the lobby which was perfect for packing your bags at the end of a trip before heading to nearby Paddington station to catch the Heathrow express.

Bathroom was so small there wasn’t even a towel rack for a hand towel or bath towel. Could not travel in a room with 2 single beds as friends unless you were very comfortable being naked in front of each other. Closing the bathroom door would have led for a very tight squeeze drying off from the shower without touching the toilet.

The staff were very nice. The place was clean and presentable. The location was great for what we wanted and what we paid for. Right on the edge of Hyde Park with bus and train a casual 5 minutes or less walk away. Also plenty of places to eat nearby.

The room was smaller than expected. For 3 adults trying to juggle 3 large suit cases it was very cramped. The photos on the web don't show this room only larger ones so we were quite surprised when we opened the door for the first time. If we had wanted the Hilton we would have booked it. We didn't want flash as it was purely a place to sleep at night and for that this place was fine, just smaller than hoped.

The room was nice, clean, and easy to get to. Had a good view out our window.

The refrigerator had broken shelves and did not work very well. The freezer part wound not freeze an ice pack. They had plenty of towels, but no wash clothes. There was no ice available anywhere in the hotel. Had to go buy ice to keep my wife's meds cold.
