Great location in a central yet peaceful area. Comfy and friendly

The attention given by the hosts/staff was second to none. Good old-fashioned hotel service values. Location perfect for Hyde Park and Paddington Station. The room had a fan, which was highly appreciated this weekend in July, and the fridge supplied was put to very good use. There is no on-site restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes etc in a very short walking distance. The room and access areas were kept very clean and tidy. The cost of a double room was very reasonable, especially for the area, excellent value for money. The room, although small, was perfect for our requirements, attending BST concerts in Hyde Park. I will certainly keep a note of this hotel as a favourite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were made to feel very welcome indeed.

If I was to be very very picky I would say that the room and bathroom are small but, in all honesty, it fulfilled our needs and if I wanted bigger accommodation then I would have needed to pay a lot more for somewhere else in this area of London.

Everything. This is a small and beautiful hotel. The staff is very kind and willing to help at any time. It is ideally located within a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park - making it easy to get around the city. And the place is quiet at night and the area is beautiful. Some might say the room is small. I would go for cozy and convenient, without any fancy extras that drive up the price but you do not really use when spending all day out and about. The room is perfectly clean, the shower had hot water with good pressure and the bed is very comfortable. There are lots of power sockets in the room (remember that the UK uses a specific plug type). We also had a fridge in the room to keep some fresh water and stuff for breakfast. Some rooms have microwaves, so ask if you might need one. There is also a fan in the room but we didn't have to use it because, even in early July, it was not hot at all for us. If you do not have any mobility problems and you will be in the hotel mainly to rest, this is the place to go. It is excellent value for money.

Nothing!!! We loved the place. (Anyway, if you have any mobility issues, keep in mind there’s no lift and the room is quite compact).

It’s was ideal situated for The Hyde Park “Zach Bryan” concert we were attending. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, with clean linen and towels. Had parking across from hotel. Area was nice and the noise from road was minimal, considering we had window open due to extreme heat that weekend. Enjoyed listening to the Tuk Tuks going by, all lite up and blasting out Zach Bryan songs.

Sorry but no AC, but did have a large wall fan, daughter and I used it all night. And if you like a lift there were none, but my glutes welcomed the excercise to the top floor room! And shower door for the fuller figure with ample bust was a little snug to get into!

The location is very close to the Paddington Station, allowing easy transport. The room itself was tidy and offered a harirdryer (one less thing to pack) and coffee/tea. There is 24 hour security with a buzz in system at the main door. The check in and check out length of time was very quick.

I wish the door to the room had a better lock than just a "bedroom door knob lock." If there was a chain, I would have felt more secure. Additionally, please put more than a sheer curtain on the window because I felt awkward that others could look into the room.

Great hotel for its 2-star rating! I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room — very convenient. The room is small, but more than enough for one person, everything is comfortable and well thought out. I was especially pleased to come back from a walk and find the room cleaned with fresh toiletries provided — a nice touch. The location is another big plus: everything is close and easy to get to. The reception staff were very nice and friendly — always ready to help and welcoming. I didn’t notice any downsides during my stay. I’d be happy to come back here again!

Immaculate, lovely staff, 5 minutes to Paddington Tube, quiet area, cute really pleasant room, everything we needed for a mini break, small fridge and brilliant tea/coffee facilities. Room cleaned every day.

The only slight negative, but didn’t affect us personally was the number of stairs to get to our room on the top floor, but we didn’t ask for a ground floor room,we were able to climb up to our room no issues, but anyone with mobility issues might find it difficult in the higher up rooms.

The place is really central, near buses and underground, and staff is 24/7 and willing to help and assist with anything you may need.

There is no lobby, no chairs or tables to sit in when you need to do something outside your room (like have a call when a kid is being put to sleep). The rooms themselves are tiny-tiny. On photos they look larger, but they are actually super small. If you plan to spend any day time in the hotel (like working from there) you may want to view it before booking.

Rooms were clean and comfortable if anything a little small but it was just a base for us so didn't bother us atall, had adequate facilities including a microwave and a mini fridge. Also had a qr code for room service which we made use of and was incredibly quick delivery to the door, we were on the 2nd floor so greatful as the stairs were a killer after a day of exploring. Very pleased with the whole 3 nights we spent there and would be happy booking again. All staff were pleasant and helpful and serviced the room daily which we appreciated. Big thanks

Really convenient for a Hyde Park gig - about 15 minute walk, if that. Really friendly staff and very well priced for the time of year and area. Very clean rooms which isn’t always the case in London! Would stay again if going to a concert in the area.

It was probably the hottest weekend of the year and the room was a little warm but this weather is pretty atypical and there is a fan on the wall which really helped. 99.9% of the time, this just wouldn’t be an issue!
