Great location in a central yet peaceful area. Comfy and friendly

Rooms were clean and comfortable if anything a little small but it was just a base for us so didn't bother us atall, had adequate facilities including a microwave and a mini fridge. Also had a qr code for room service which we made use of and was incredibly quick delivery to the door, we were on the 2nd floor so greatful as the stairs were a killer after a day of exploring. Very pleased with the whole 3 nights we spent there and would be happy booking again. All staff were pleasant and helpful and serviced the room daily which we appreciated. Big thanks

The place is really central, near buses and underground, and staff is 24/7 and willing to help and assist with anything you may need.

There is no lobby, no chairs or tables to sit in when you need to do something outside your room (like have a call when a kid is being put to sleep). The rooms themselves are tiny-tiny. On photos they look larger, but they are actually super small. If you plan to spend any day time in the hotel (like working from there) you may want to view it before booking.

We booked the hotel last minute because our train was cancelled, so it was a life saver. It was a very quick ride on the underground and a short walk from the station. The gentleman on reception was so welcoming and helpful. He lent us a phone charger overnight. The room was quite small, but very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was quite close to a nice pub, The Monkey Puzzle, where we went as soon as we'd checked in. What else do you do when you're stranded in London 😊

The only negative was that we couldn't get the shower to run hot. Otherwise, we were quite happy for one night.

Location was fantastic. Short walk to Paddington Rail/tube station <5mins; Extremely clean; Nice to have kettle, microwave and fridge available for food storage and quick meals. Staff friendly and responsive to any needs.

Long walk up narrow stairs to room (5 flight walk-up) to room with 2 twin beds. Room very small requires visitors to be neat when staying. Inconsistent housekeeping-some days total clean (including fresh towels) and some days just garbage emptied.

The location is pretty close to the important areas and it’s easy to find ways to move around. The hotel is cozy specially because the weather was cold outside. Shower was good and had good pressure and hot water. The idea of having microwave, coffee maker with amenities and a small fridge helped us a lot !

The room is small as well as the bathroom. I’m not a fit person so it was kinda complicated to move in the bathroom. I’d suggest to check or change the soap for the blankets because we had a rash but the bed was clean cuz we checked it well. So probably it was the laundry soap or any detergent.

First of all the room was ready earlier so we had an early check in (im talking about 2h earlier) Very nice location just a block away from paddington station. Really appreciate the extra adapter for the plugs. We got the room we asked , big enough with fridge, table with chairs and a microwave. The heat was regulated by us so we had the right temperature. The stuff was very friendly and helpful! Overall a very nice stay! Hope to see you soon

The only thing we didn't like very much was the humidity, but it could be fixed with the radiators. Heat made it better so not really a problem! Please note that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Next corner had a lot of choices so no worries

Great location, easy to get to Heathrow and good starting point for sightseeing. Easy to communicate with the staff, we were able to switch rooms since we had a toddler and were able to leave the stroller in the hall so we had more space in the room.

Description of the hotel said that breakfast was included in the price and you could even see photos of breakfast served in the archive but that is not the case. NO breakfast is included in the price which was quite a surprise. Floor was not as clean ad we expected. Our sons trousers were full of dirt after playing on the floor.

Decor outside welcoming, as was the reception staff on arrival. Friendly people and not intrusive. No breakfast provide nevertheless there is an abundance of eateries close by. Double room compact but acceptable for an overnight. Very clean throughout, no issues. All the amenities were working. On our departure just like when we arrived, very polite and curteous and enquired if we enjoyed our stay.

I extended my stay here several times, so I got to experience a few double and single rooms. - Staff very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had to check out of one room and switch to another, they'd assist in transferring my luggage. - Beds are firm and didnt sink in. - Hair dryer in the room - Convenient location close enough to public transport, food and groceries, but not smack on the commercial strip which would've been a bit noisy. - Clean! Quite well maintained generally, too. - Plenty of sockets to charge your devices - All but 1 of my rooms had a microwave. Doubles have a fridge as well. Most had a closet room for stowing luggage and hanging clothes. 1 had a table and chairs. I guess they're all slightly different depending on the size of the space. - There's a fan in the room for warmer days

- You'll hear some light traffic from the street, but I always had my window open, so I'm not sure if closing it would block out the sound. Didnt bother me though. - London being London, room sizes are expectedly 'not large' and so bathrooms can be a bit small as well. Can't really call that a negative here, since it's the norm, but just something to note.
