Lovely stay, very close to main transport links, walkable distance to Marble Arch. The room was cleaned every day. Also, towels and toiletries were changed too. I had a cozy single room, equipment with all the basic necessities. Bed was very comfortable - a special thank you for an extra light switch right next to it. Also I had a free breakfast for the first morning - it was a nice surprise. Staff members were always smiley, polite and caring - they definitely made my stay better!

There was quite a big gap between the min door and the floor, so I could hear every noise from the hallway. Also, I could hear every word of people talking in the other room, so the rooms aren’t too soundproof.

Chose this location because it was close to Hyde park as I was attending a festival. The room was quite small but enough room for 2.

The only concerning thing was that we left our luggage at front by the door. Would have been better if there was a separate room for that. The room was a bit dark for my liking

The location is top, most of the famous tourist attractions are only a couple of train stations away. The rooms and foyers are kept very clean and the breakfast while simple is top notch. The best thing about this hotel is it's staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and quickly to act when there was a problem.

The room we had was rather small. Luxuries like standing up from the desk by moving the chair backwards or not feeling claustrophobic when showering were not included in our room. Also there was no AC, only a fan, while our room only had one window. During the hotter night this became noticeable, although completely manageable. These drawbacks are completely negated if you plan to be in the city for the majority of your day.

We booked this hotel back in 2024 so as to have a base whilst attending the ELO concert sadly the concert was cancelled but so glad we stayed and enjoyed this lovely hotel, communication has been great staff super friendly our room was perfectly adequate in size for our short stay very clean with comfy beds and a spotless shower room we did not have breakfast but was available for a small fee, location could not have been better with Paddington station a few blocks away plenty of restaurants and pubs would not hesitate to recommend and would return on another occasion,

The hotel is just 2 minutes away from Paddington station, pleanty of pubs and restaurants around as well. Our room was on the 4th floor and there was an elevator as well. When we first walked in, one could smell the fresh smell of bleach which was used to clean the toilet / shower. Plenty of fresh towels, at least 6 power points, 2 of wihich with USB ports, TV with many stations and very important for us a Fan. We did not buy breakfast but we had a complimentary breakfast for the 1st morning. There is always tea, coffee and biscuits at the reception.

The room was a bit small and so is the shower, If they offered an English breakfast it would surely be a plus.

I had an excellent stay at Nayland Hotel. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick assistance. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day. The location is unbeatable. Paddington Station is just about 200 meters away, making travel around London and beyond extremely easy. Many key sightseeing spots are within walking distance or a short taxi or tube ride, which saved time and made exploring very convenient. Cons: None — my experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Overall: A fantastic place to stay in London for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Great location, 2 minutes to Paddington station, undreground or bus, from where you can get to the "center" in 15 minutes. The hotel is clean, tidy, the staff is very friendly, they offer a free breakfast on the first day of your stay (the next morning), then you pay extra if you decide to have breakfast (they have enough on offer and the staff is very friendly), every day at your request they clean the room and add clean towels.... During our stay there was peace at night, the surroundings are also calm and safe.... In the street to the station are bars and restaurants and mini shops for a quick purchase, .... If I come next time, I will come back to this exact room that we had now.

The room does not have air conditioning and it was a bit hot in the evening (during the hot season), but there was a fan in the room and it was enough for a quick change of air.....

I loved staying at this hotel. I arrived almost 30 minutes before check-in, and the receptionist kindly let us into our room early at no extra charge. We hadn’t booked breakfast, but we were offered it as a courtesy, and it was excellent—very varied, and everything I tried was delicious. The location is outstanding, very close to Hyde Park and two major underground stations. We checked out early and were able to leave our luggage at the front desk free of charge and without any time limit. The best part of the hotel is definitely the people. All the staff members were kind and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Very well situated right by Paddington Station. Don't usually eat continental breakfast but it was lovely. I've never seen so many different types of cereals. Lovely fresh fruit , selection of cake, croissants and toast. Breakfast area is a little busy and cramped though which is why I scored it an 8 instead of a 10. Very helpful friendly staff, we were always greeted with a smile and welcome when we returned back to the hotel each day. I also booked a twin room and the mattresses were very thick and comfortable I slept as well as at home and this is unusual due to having arthritus and back problems. I usually dread the beds when I'm away but was very comfortable.

Cramped dining area could do with a bigger room. No kettle in the room for making hot drinks but there was facilities in reception area that was free
