Lovely stay, very close to main transport links, walkable distance to Marble Arch. The room was cleaned every day. Also, towels and toiletries were changed too. I had a cozy single room, equipment with all the basic necessities. Bed was very comfortable - a special thank you for an extra light switch right next to it. Also I had a free breakfast for the first morning - it was a nice surprise. Staff members were always smiley, polite and caring - they definitely made my stay better!

There was quite a big gap between the min door and the floor, so I could hear every noise from the hallway. Also, I could hear every word of people talking in the other room, so the rooms aren’t too soundproof.

Chose this location because it was close to Hyde park as I was attending a festival. The room was quite small but enough room for 2.

The only concerning thing was that we left our luggage at front by the door. Would have been better if there was a separate room for that. The room was a bit dark for my liking

We got a free breakfast voucher which was very nice. The breakfast was good. There weren't too many things to choose from but it was enough to get the day started. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. It wasn't anything fancy but perfect for sleeping. The location is amazing. Everything is just minutes away. Perfect price for having somewhere to sleep after your journey in the city.

The cold got through the window very easily, we had to put something on the window to prevent it.

This is a cozy little hotel in a central and beautiful area of London. It is very close to a metro/bust stations which makes it easy to reach most tourist places-- some are even walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is small but cozy, with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is not exceptionally varied, but we found the options to be more than enough. The coffee and toast bread were specially good. This is a good price-to-quality ratio for an accommodation in central London.

We were unlucky that our room was not facing the street, so the view was not so nice. When arriving we felt that the air was a bit hot, and we needed to open the window to let some fresh air inside. Aside from that, it was fine.

The location is great to explore London and also to reach it from Paddington Station when coming from Heathrow. Good free amenities like coffee, hot chocolate and tea. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is a good value for money but I would suggest not include on your fare and choose at the day if you want do eat there or in other place. Heating system was working very well, as well the bathroom facilities (although the shower area is also very small like the room itself).

The size of the room is quite small for 3 persons. In our case was 2 adults and 1 child with few luggage and worked out, but can't imagine 3 adults in such room. Also, it wasn't a problem for us, but our room was accessible only by stairs, what could be a possible problem to persons with some disability. If it is your case will be good do let the property aware on reservation in order to try to sort it out. The price for the room it is quite expensive but, well, London it is expensive...

Room 216 had a nice outlook and was more roomy than the room we were initially allocated. the location was excellent.

Initially given a smaller room on the third floor, with a loud buzzing noise. Then, with the replacement Room 216, the card couldn't open the door, and the staff didn't believe us. They sent us up again. The third time, a staff member came up and said, yes, the card doesn't work. The battery for the door was flat. The staff weren't friendly from the word go, they couldn't find our booking and asked for our passports. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

It was my first time staying at the Nayland Hotel in London, and it won’t be the last. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Paddington, a 5 minute walk from Paddington station. Upon arrival the guy on reception was very welcoming and helpful, I think his name was Muhammad. Our room wasn’t ready as we arrived before the official check in time so we were able to leave our suitcases in reception. After a day of exploring London we returned to the hotel around 5pm where we checked into our room, we opted for a twin room (512) The room was spacious and clean with an en-suite bathroom that had a shower cubicle. The beds are super comfy and great pillows. There are no tea making facilities in the room, however, there is an option of making a tea or coffee in the reception area, which is free with complimentary biscuits. There is a safe in the room with a smart tv and hairdryer. The decor is a little dated, but for the rate we paid, you can’t complain. Check out time is 11 o’clock so plenty of time to enjoy a relaxing morning. Everything about this hotel is great and we will definitely stay here again.

The staff were nice and helpful, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and shower nice and hot. Breakfast was very basic, toast cereal fruit yogurt and instant coffee/tea, but satisfactory. Location amazing, five minute walk to Paddington tube station which is a well connected station and quite central itself as well as being very easy to get to other central locations and to the airports that serve London. Hotel was also nice and warm but window was able to open to ventilate room which was nice as many hotels you can’t do this.

Sheets and blankets used on the beds, personally prefer a duvet. Room was small enough, although since we got a reasonable price was not expecting a huge room and it was plenty big for the two of us. No tea or coffee in rooms, although it is available at reception all the time.

I had a most comfortable room, a small but beautifully equipped bathroom. The continental breakfast was excellent, the staff very efficient, friendly and helpful.— The location near Hyde Park and the connection to Paddington Station absolutely perfect.
