Lovely stay, very close to main transport links, walkable distance to Marble Arch. The room was cleaned every day. Also, towels and toiletries were changed too. I had a cozy single room, equipment with all the basic necessities. Bed was very comfortable - a special thank you for an extra light switch right next to it. Also I had a free breakfast for the first morning - it was a nice surprise. Staff members were always smiley, polite and caring - they definitely made my stay better!

There was quite a big gap between the min door and the floor, so I could hear every noise from the hallway. Also, I could hear every word of people talking in the other room, so the rooms aren’t too soundproof.

Chose this location because it was close to Hyde park as I was attending a festival. The room was quite small but enough room for 2.

The only concerning thing was that we left our luggage at front by the door. Would have been better if there was a separate room for that. The room was a bit dark for my liking

The location is top, most of the famous tourist attractions are only a couple of train stations away. The rooms and foyers are kept very clean and the breakfast while simple is top notch. The best thing about this hotel is it's staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and quickly to act when there was a problem.

The room we had was rather small. Luxuries like standing up from the desk by moving the chair backwards or not feeling claustrophobic when showering were not included in our room. Also there was no AC, only a fan, while our room only had one window. During the hotter night this became noticeable, although completely manageable. These drawbacks are completely negated if you plan to be in the city for the majority of your day.

We booked this hotel back in 2024 so as to have a base whilst attending the ELO concert sadly the concert was cancelled but so glad we stayed and enjoyed this lovely hotel, communication has been great staff super friendly our room was perfectly adequate in size for our short stay very clean with comfy beds and a spotless shower room we did not have breakfast but was available for a small fee, location could not have been better with Paddington station a few blocks away plenty of restaurants and pubs would not hesitate to recommend and would return on another occasion,

Great location, 2 minutes to Paddington station, undreground or bus, from where you can get to the "center" in 15 minutes. The hotel is clean, tidy, the staff is very friendly, they offer a free breakfast on the first day of your stay (the next morning), then you pay extra if you decide to have breakfast (they have enough on offer and the staff is very friendly), every day at your request they clean the room and add clean towels.... During our stay there was peace at night, the surroundings are also calm and safe.... In the street to the station are bars and restaurants and mini shops for a quick purchase, .... If I come next time, I will come back to this exact room that we had now.

The room does not have air conditioning and it was a bit hot in the evening (during the hot season), but there was a fan in the room and it was enough for a quick change of air.....

Very well situated right by Paddington Station. Don't usually eat continental breakfast but it was lovely. I've never seen so many different types of cereals. Lovely fresh fruit , selection of cake, croissants and toast. Breakfast area is a little busy and cramped though which is why I scored it an 8 instead of a 10. Very helpful friendly staff, we were always greeted with a smile and welcome when we returned back to the hotel each day. I also booked a twin room and the mattresses were very thick and comfortable I slept as well as at home and this is unusual due to having arthritus and back problems. I usually dread the beds when I'm away but was very comfortable.

Cramped dining area could do with a bigger room. No kettle in the room for making hot drinks but there was facilities in reception area that was free

We got a free breakfast voucher which was very nice. The breakfast was good. There weren't too many things to choose from but it was enough to get the day started. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. It wasn't anything fancy but perfect for sleeping. The location is amazing. Everything is just minutes away. Perfect price for having somewhere to sleep after your journey in the city.

The cold got through the window very easily, we had to put something on the window to prevent it.

Despite arriving at the hotel in the morning, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel depository and enjoy the day in London before checking into our room. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were given a complementary free breakfast which we enjoyed the following morning. The hotel is situated a five-minute walk from Paddington station, meaning that it is extremely well-connected to all parts of London.

The hotel's luggage depository was in the reception rather than a locked room out of sight. Although it was appreciated, it was slightly worrying throughout the day that items would be stolen/removed, which obviously wouldn't be the case if the luggage was in a depository.

Excellent location that is incredibly close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. If you need an affordable hotel with a clean room and comfortable beds, and no frills, this is a great location for the price. Friendly front desk staff, and safe location on a leafy street in a row of other small hotel conversions. Windows to the quiet courtyard opened nicely.

The shower was warm and worked well, but it was so very small, as was the bathroom. i'm a petite person and it was almost hard to turn around. Ask the management if they have larger showers if you are concerned before booking, maybe they have larger rooms. No heated towel rack for drying things.
