The hotel is small like many in the area. Room is small. Location is very good close to many transportation means. Many restaurants and stores and anything you want. Breakfast is simple but good. Staff friendly and amiable. Very comfortable bed. Daily cleaning service. You have alll you need for a short stay including complimentary instant coffee and tea.

Bathroom is really small. You need to wait for the hot water (my room was at the top floor). No toilet brush in the room (annoying really). Narrow staircase like all in the area, not an issue for me with just a backpack. Room had a window that was not opening so no possibility of fresh air.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The check in was east location was a stones throw from Paddington on a lovely quiet road. The check in was great, the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast was great value too. Staff were polite and kind throughout our stay. The hotel was a little dated but clean and good value for money.

great location - so easy to get to all of London from there . Manager and staff gave us a great welcome and made us feel like family. The breakfast included in my price was excellent

Location was fab, literally 2 min walk from paddington which had an underground. Property is old and outdated but it’s clean, the staff are lovely and it’s value for money. Room was small but we only needed it for sleeping. Pristinely cleaned in the rooms. Breakfast is very basic but the lady that does it is lovely.

Nothing it met all of my expectations

It's a budget hotel.so don't expect the Ritz. The positives are friendly helpfully staff, location is 5 min walk from Paddington Station and major bus routes, top of Hyde Park 10 minute walk. Breakfast included in the price so good value. Nice hot shower and tea making facilities

Small room and bathroom, we were in the basement, so no external window, but the bigger problem is the noise of the underground, from 6.15am till 11pm its very intrusive, but we still got some sleep

I rang the hotel very early morning on the day if my check in to ask if I could drop my case in so I could enjoy London, we were offered breakfast staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating. I intend to return next March. Perfect location for all London transport

As it is a popular hotel and we’ll used some areas needed a little care and attention but this did not impede in anyway on our stay

Close to station. Safe neighbourhood. Lovely staff (interacted with at least 6 different staff members and every single one was polite, friendly and helpful.) Great breakfast considering the price. Room serviced daily.

Bed a bit uncomfortable and shower took over 5 minutes to get to run hot. Neither caused me any major problems and, again for the price, I don't consider them to be too problematic.

Great location near Paddington and the restaurants around Praed Street. There was also a heater and extra blankets on hand if needed. Good value, you get what you pay for.

The single room was small but fine if you are out all day like I was and are just using it to sleep and shower. One drawback was that there was no mirror above the sink in the bathroom for shaving, but there was one in the bedroom.

Very nice room for a family (steep stairs could be a problem for small kids, but for us it wad ok). Nice staff. Tasty breakfast. Area was safe and nice to walk around, restourants near to hotel.

Metro noise a bit, but didn't disturb us at all. Was silent at night, but started quite early, for sure.

Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly and helpful, local to what we needed. Shower better then thought it would be liked where the kettle was.

Place needs a revamp to make it more modern and look fresher, stairs were quite narrow so was harder to do the suitcase and stairs need a stripe for the disabled/partly sighted people. Also bedside cabinet would be nice as had have cups by kettle or on floor
