The hotel was new and the room (double deluxe)was clean with bathroom amenities and a coffee machine. Bottled water was also provided to our room every day. The location was excellent and so were the surroundings. Just a few-minute walk from Hyde park and the tube. There were supermarkets nearby and good restaurants to eat, too!

The room was on the ground floor with a view to the street from its window.Although the room was soundproof and we couldn't hear any noise from outside, the window was sealed and didn't open so that fresh air could come into the room. Probably that was because of safety reasons. Also, the room was a bit small for two adults with two suitcases. Finally, on our last day I asked for some guidelines about our transport to the airport, but the lady in the afternoon shift was not very willing to help. Thankfully the other receptionists were polite. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

When I booked this hotel, I was curious as to why there were no reviews on Google or other online platforms. It turns out the property had only opened two days prior. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, having recently undergone a complete renovation. The manager is very welcoming and highly attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Although the room is not particularly large, it is well-designed and equipped with everything you might need. The location is excellent — just a three-minute walk from Paddington Station — with numerous dining options and a grocery store conveniently located right across the street.

Nice staff, from manager Nazz (went out of his way/work to even help with my luggage) to every other front desk staff (sorry, didn't get ur names) Clean (brand new) Internet was fast enough Location: about 2 minutes walk from Paddington station (no noise) Each room had an expreso machine. Plenty comfortable pillows, more than enough to start a pillow war (fight).... lol Soft carpets TV ... was loaded with plenty of options, practically every streaming service was available.

Rooms were a little bit small but liveable. The elevator needs twicking. Teethering period, so some 'i' and 't' s are still being dotted and crossed... that's why I didn't score them 10/10.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The aura and ambience are truly delightful — calm, welcoming, and relaxing. I was lucky enough to get a room on the very day they inaugurated the property, so everything was brand new, fresh, and beautifully set up. The staff deserve a special mention: they are extremely polite, attentive, and intuitive — truly up to the mark and always ready to assist with a smile. The service overall was excellent — efficient, prompt, and professional. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is unbeatable. Paddington Station is just a 2-minute walk away, making travel around London incredibly easy. Plus, the area is surrounded by a wide variety of eateries offering different cuisines, which makes dining out a pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service!

The location is unbeatable—just two blocks from Paddington Station and bus stops, with many restaurants nearby. It's a very friendly neighborhood. The staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel is new, there's an elevator, and I loved the room—it even had a minibar. The shower pressure was phenomenal!

Just a heads-up about the room category: when I booked online, there was no mention that the room would be in the basement, with no windows, low ceiling, and steps leading to the bathroom. After seeing the room, I went back to reception, and Natasha was absolutely amazing and friendly—she managed to get me a room on the first floor.

Brand new hotel that opened just a few days ago and I was probably the 1st guest in the room. I played a gamble booking it just looking at the picture as there were no reviews available at that time. Excellent find and it was super clean and still smelled new :) Staff was super courteous especially Mohmmad and Anik in evening/night shift. Hotel still didnt have any dining/breakfast facility but its due to open soon as per the staff. Location is excellent. Literally stones throw away from Paddington Station and a few mins walk from Hyde Park and Edgeware Road. A lot of restaurants and cafe on the same street and tons more on a few mins walk. Easy to find Halal food everywhere. Highly recommended.

Nothing much just would have loved to have breakfast in the morning.

We stayed in this brandnew hotel in this lovely and safe neighbourhood for two nights. The staff is very friendly and very well managed by Mayek. They really know how to make you feel welcome. For instance if you wait in the lobby you are offered a delicious coffee. The hotel is brandnew and they thought of all the details. It's just a wonderful experience to stay here. It's chique and all the hallways are just lovely decorated. The room we stayed in was a family room. It's a bit small but very comfortable and well thought off. There is a closet to put all your luggage. There is a small fridge, an espressomachine and you can make tea. You can also iron if you need. We loved the shower! All new with two types of showers and the towels are huge and soft. And we loved the decoration our room. It's all chique, spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Hotelbeds like they should be: crispy white sheets and nice pillows. Since the hotel is at a corner we had a room next to the crossroads. Already with windows open it's a nice quiet area. Also at night. They even have an extra set of windows for every window to make is silent. Great location near Paddington station just 3 minutes walk and also very closeby several busstations. We saw a musical and the Bakerloo lign is direct! There are also nightshops in the street and a few souvenirshops, an Italian restaurant and other possibilities to eat out if you'd like. We will certainly return here. I've been several times in Londen and I now know this area is the best to stay. If you are a guest here you get a 15% discount in the Concerto coffee and restaurant place where they have lovely pastries as well. We didn't use it this time, so something to look forward to next time!

The 1 person sofabed is more suitable for smaller kids. Our 15 year old was not as comfortable as his older brother that slept on a regular onepersons bed. A smaller child is lighter and would be comfortable, i would think up to 10 years old it's a fine solution for a familyroom. But still we Will return again!

Tässä on englanninkielinen käännös: The hotel’s location is excellent, and the transport connections to both the airport and different parts of the city are outstanding. Just for that, we could easily give a top rating. However, a downside is the customer experience: there was a lack of information, such as breakfast times, the Wi-Fi password (it was an open network, i.e., no password), and the phone in the room only had numbers without any indication of what they meant. Perhaps most importantly, sustainability was completely overlooked.
