A safe and central location only a 5 min walk from Paddington station. We had an apartment with two good-sized bedrooms and living area with table, and a small bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and comfy.

Traffic noise was like the windows were open. Glass was very thin in windows. I had read about this and requested a room at the back, but it didn't happen.

Nice flat close to Paddington Station. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by and good tube connections to central London. Best accommodation I have had in London and will definitely come again.

Excellent location. 15 minute walk from Paddington station and concourse. Our kitchen equipment was basic but perfectly acceptable. A practical supply of washing up liquid/sponge glasses cups and plates and cutlery. Housekeeping was great! and our food bin cleared every day. Toaster kettle and fridge. Whole apartment was clean and fresh. Bathroom was stocked with loo rolls and big towels, with basic soap and shampoo supplied. No issues with wi-fi on our visit. Would happily come back here again.

Nothing to dislike. Only a suggestion: we had a washer dryer and it took a couple of goes to figure out temperatures and programming. Maybe leave a guide how to quick wash and dry? And: The door-key also turned on the electricity. We detached the door key and so the electric kept running during our stay while were out. It was important for the fridge to stay on during the very hot weather we had and maybe other guests might not be aware so mention it during check-in?

The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. The manager waived the no guests in the room rule for us because it was a special occasion and didn't charge extra. The reception is manned 24/7. The hotel smells clean and is clearly well cared for, as are the rooms. The location is superb: safe, near a central hub station and with loads of amenities and a broad range of cafes and restaurants all around. Hyde Park is just down the road.

A more visible sign for Aspen Apartments would make it easier to locate when guests arrive for the first time. The wifi was very wobbly and mostly unusable. Please fix that. The bathroom door is quite tricky. My husband got his thumb caught in the hinge, extremely painfully!

The staff was very helpful and nice . The location is very good , restaurants within 2 minutes walking . The apartment is very comfortable and had all facilities. It is a perfect choice if I will travel to London again .

Hello, we had a nice stay at your hotel at room 501 on the basement. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned very well and the towels were also changed every day although we didn’t put them on the floor. There is no need to change the towels every day. You could put a sticker on the bathroom door „Please help us to safe water and energy: Towels on the towel rack - no need to change. Towels on the floor - please change it.“ During the night it was very cold in the room because the heating was switched off at 11pm so we asked for an additional blanket. The fuse was blown several times, so we asked the employee to fix it what he did immediately. The location of the Aspen Hotel is very good, just a short 5 min walk to Paddington Station. Das Zimmer 501 lag im Tiefparterre und war leider ab 23 Uhr eiskalt, da die Heizung ab 23 Uhr ausgeschalten wurde.

The location was ideal. One block from Paddington Station on the forecourt side meant wheeling our cases was an easy task. It also meant easy access to the Paddington Express to get to Heathrow at the end of our stay. Several supermarket options as well as prepared food were available in the precinct so we could stock up at the end of an outing. We had an apartment with kitchen facilities and basic utensils. Milk etc was replenished daily. The lounge area was spacious and there was a little balcony. Our rooms looked out to trees so it was very pleasant. The lift made access very easy. The garden in the square next to our building was open to the public as a pleasant little oasis to relax in.

The only issue was the table in our living/dining area. It was different from the one pictured in the room selection. It was a round glass one balanced on a central column which seemed to be unstable. We moved the very large decorative vase to the floor for safety and were very conscious of being careful with placement of cups, plates etc. Having all the doors self closing was annoying too - something to do with London fire regulations.

Great location and staff.

The kitchens were not stocked well. There were no mixing bowls to make food in, pans to cook in the oven, pot holders, or paper towel. The first room we were in needed some attention but the second room was updated.

Very short walk from Paddington station, great location. Room was cleaned, bed changed and made, replenished every day. Reception staffed 24hr. Relatively quiet, not a lot of noisy traffic outside, no noisy neighbours during our stay. A nice small apartment room to yourself with kitchen and bathroom.

Bed mattress and pillows quite thin. Sliding bathroom door was noisy for having multiple people trying to sleep in one room. Bowls in room pretty small. Sofa bed could have a bit more padding.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Hyde Park, closr to Paddington Station and Underground. Nice area. There is a lift making it easy to get your bags to your room. Daily cleaning of the units. Spacious rooms. Washing machine and kitchen with tead and coffee facilities. Staff at the door were very helpful and friendly.

Although you get a washing machine, there is no facility to dry your clothes. We had to hang clothes around the unit to dry. A cheap drying rack is all that is needed.
