The staff was very helpful and nice . The location is very good , restaurants within 2 minutes walking . The apartment is very comfortable and had all facilities. It is a perfect choice if I will travel to London again .

Great location and staff.

The kitchens were not stocked well. There were no mixing bowls to make food in, pans to cook in the oven, pot holders, or paper towel. The first room we were in needed some attention but the second room was updated.

Hello, we had a nice stay at your hotel at room 501 on the basement. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned very well and the towels were also changed every day although we didn’t put them on the floor. There is no need to change the towels every day. You could put a sticker on the bathroom door „Please help us to safe water and energy: Towels on the towel rack - no need to change. Towels on the floor - please change it.“ During the night it was very cold in the room because the heating was switched off at 11pm so we asked for an additional blanket. The fuse was blown several times, so we asked the employee to fix it what he did immediately. The location of the Aspen Hotel is very good, just a short 5 min walk to Paddington Station. Das Zimmer 501 lag im Tiefparterre und war leider ab 23 Uhr eiskalt, da die Heizung ab 23 Uhr ausgeschalten wurde.

Very short walk from Paddington station, great location. Room was cleaned, bed changed and made, replenished every day. Reception staffed 24hr. Relatively quiet, not a lot of noisy traffic outside, no noisy neighbours during our stay. A nice small apartment room to yourself with kitchen and bathroom.

Bed mattress and pillows quite thin. Sliding bathroom door was noisy for having multiple people trying to sleep in one room. Bowls in room pretty small. Sofa bed could have a bit more padding.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Hyde Park, closr to Paddington Station and Underground. Nice area. There is a lift making it easy to get your bags to your room. Daily cleaning of the units. Spacious rooms. Washing machine and kitchen with tead and coffee facilities. Staff at the door were very helpful and friendly.

Although you get a washing machine, there is no facility to dry your clothes. We had to hang clothes around the unit to dry. A cheap drying rack is all that is needed.

Very clean. Close enough to all major attractions in London. Very quiet street and an excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room is equipped with everything required for a short stay including a microwave. The room was cleaned every day. Close to public transportation. Comfortable beds (at least to my liking)

The water pressure was a bit low but my room was on the top floor so that might be something specific to the room and it wasn't that bad, just noticeable. Also some walking is required (45-60 min) to reach some tourist attractions. I enjoyed it but some might find that a negative.

Great location, very close to Paddington station, Hyde Park, cafes and shops. Comfortable, renovated space with separate lounge, bedroom and kitchen. Included a washer/dryer.

Doors to kitchen and bedroom could only be kept open with difficulty by using door stoppers (supplied) but they often slammed shut, which was dangerous. It would be good to have instructions for washer/dryer, a dish cloth and bottle opener. It was quite warm in the unit as the lounge room doors onto the balcony could not be opened so the only fresh air available was via a small top window in the bedroom. However several fans were provided.

Great place to stay, right around the corner from the touring buses, close to Paddington station, easy walk to Hyde park. The staff were fantastic, especially on the front desk who would take the time to talk to the children every time we were down stairs. If we had any mishaps they were quick to help, including helping with the kids toys to be fixed. We will definitely be back again, the room was a great size too lots of room and great view over the park land next door.

The location was convenient being only a few minutes away from Paddington station on foot. Check in was quick and I was given my keys probably within a minute on my arrival at the reception. The apartment was a decent size. I travelled alone but two people would be comfortable in the apartment I stayed in.

The flush of the toilet wasn't strong enough. Even when toilet paper was in the toilet bowl and I flushed, it could take three to four flushes before the toilet paper was actually flushed away.

Couch turned bed in lounge isn't suitable as bed - definitely needs a foam topper! Unable to turn down radiators so apartment was very hot and all windows were locks so no fresh air. Only 1 key to share between 5!
